    Nice information Bro . One of my friend Got H1B Visa from one Company, but due to rampdown of project he had to resign from job. He joined in another company , but they dont do Visa Transfere immediately . How to find job or Visa Transfer from India. He is not landed into USA .
    Some consultancy are saying first fly to USA and then apply for VisaTransfer . This consultancy is having 20 years exp. But I hope this process is not good .Please do detail video for this one .

    • @SuvihamFamily
      @SuvihamFamily  Před 2 měsíci

      If your friend has a valid visa, he is eligible to travel to the USA but at the port of entry they may ask for a client letter, it will be risky. Even if they do not ask your friend needs to resign from the present working job and travel to the USA without any project. Staying there without a job is risky, he may wait for the job market to recover. and find a consultancy who can provide a job ( client letter) and do Visa transfer from India. Let me know if you have any questions.

      If the candidate travels with old client letter and lands in USA. He needs to generate 2 or 3 months payslips of Company A (Which he laid off from that Company) .But he dont get those paystubs .
      But consultancy is saying that I can land in USA and generate SSN. if candidate cracks the interview then they will do VISA transfer.
      As per client he need to travel Virginia , but Consultancy is saying that they will book to other destination like Newyork .IS it risky ?

    This year even I have applied H1 b through x consultancy and its been filed too. Also at each stage they are providing me the acknowledgement receipt, beneficiary no, I797C form and also shared me the petition number too for tracking the status..

      Hi sis, first of congratulations, now before going to the visa itself ask how much percentage they are going to take once you get a job. If you are fine with it you can but in my opinion the job market in the USA is not good right now, you can go there once things are changed.
