    For MSI systems
1- Boot in to BIOS using [DEL]
    2- Select “Overclocking”
3- Go to “OC Explore Mode” and turn that to “Expert”
4- Scroll down to “CPU Features”
5- Select “SVM Mode” and “Enable”
6- Save and Exit. (Save and restart)

For those who don't find UEFI in the troubleshoot , just restart the pc anyways and when it starts quickly press del(on most pc) or (in other pc) f12 or f11 , then after going into BIOS find advanced settings and again advanced settings, there you'll most probably find intel virtualization disabled , press it enable it , exit by selecting save and reset.
