Great advert. No one can announce our achievements and the work of our hands more than us. We (Nigerians at all levels) need to consciously begin to talk about and wear made in Nigeria products. Let's walk the talk. I am so proud to be part of the Made in Aba movement- so proud.

Such a beautiful scene to behold, its high time we Nigerians and Africa as a whole start to appreciate and patronise our own... enough of this colonial mentality "people seeing locally made commodities as inferior"... we are the ones to patronise and advertise our own, none else can do it for us

They need proper training on finishing their product well. They need to be taught not to cut corner by using cheap materials and many more. These are the things which affect the overall perception of their products. The fact that it mass production does mean it can't be good.

Remember the name 'Sam Hart', Credit should go to him and the current Governor of Abia State. Aba is like an Ocean of endless possibilities and opportunities, I really hope the FG realises soon.

This is true I served in Abia state over 20+ years ago and I frequented Aba quite a lot. My thoughts then were if only the people had the right equipment they would do wonders. I remember my aunts would take made in Italy shoes to that shoe market under the bridge around Apongbon and those guys would duplicate it to the last detail and it would be ready in max 2 weeks. The would send it to Aba to get it made.
It is a pity the government is oil drunk that they refuse to diversify the economy.
It is also a shame and a failure of the successive governments of the state that Aba is still largely the way I knew it when I served there in my twenties.
It raises a lot if questions about those who govern in this nation. Imagine the Governor saying investors should cone and do thus or that!! What have you as the Governor done to improve the lot if these people asides fleecing them through exorbitant and cut throat levies and taxes?
Wo I rest my case. Nigeria itself is a case study of the unusual.
