I've tried Mac & Cheeze, Chick'n & Mushroom Pasta, Pasta Bolognese, and Mexican Chili. All are pretty bland, but easy to prepare and eat. I add salt and pepper to before the boiling water, and generally slightly less water than the line so they aren't soupy.
I've tried Huel as well. And since it's completely vegan, some flavours are slightly off. The cheese as you mentioned is a bit weak, and the bacon flavour of the Carbonara is a bit meh. But the main issue I had initially was what you had here as well. Getting the right amount of powder in each scoop instead of other things. Because more powder means it'll be less runny. Shaking is necessary, but even if you shake it you'll still have to think about it.
Nice video! I'm looking forward to the carbonara and (maybe?) bolognese as well. It's quick, easy, decently affordable, and tastes fine.

the green thai one is my favorite one from their old line up when it was just 3 off them, now I really like the chicken/ mushroom pasta new meal a lot
It is vegan so you can’t really expect a strong cheese flavour perhaps granted Parmesan on top or something would help.

Bella Chris! I am "experiencing" working at home as well, and I have the same problems! I knew Huel already from the shakes and they are pretty good (also quality wise), but they are sweet and they tire you pretty quickly if you eat them as meal replacement. I thought to try these in the past but as I am italian myself, the photos of the cooked product gave me anxiety, so I never did. Guess I will try them now! Are you still using these after 6 months? Did you try any new recipes? Thank you!
I stopped using it because in January I started a pretty strict cut period (following the instructions of my dietician), which actually ended last week! Now I have way more calories to play with, so I'm probably going to start using it again. But to be honest I don't know if I would buy it again

I'm ordering some today. I've been trying hello fresh, every plate, factor75 (the best so far), now huel, thank you for your review! I'm mostly just interested in losing weight, so i don't mind if i have to eat watery non-cheesy bowls of nutrients for a while to get there.
Just beware of the fat, as I said in the video it's pretty high!
@@ChrisCammarano thank you! i will keep that in mind. i received the same box you got, and have had a few days to try everything. i'm going to try eating only huel for 30 days, to cleanse my pallet, and see if i lose some weight, then probably go back to hello fresh or easy plate. my ideal menu is 70% Italian, 30% french, so i'm going to try huel as a sort of detox from all the high sodium, fat, and sugar diet i've been on and hopefully turn this ship around. i've subscribed to you and a few others so i can be smarter about what i put in my body. ciao!

@@Locked_in_with_DaQueen go for it! it's worth the money and you do get a lot of food/nutrients for your buck. just don't make the mistake i did and mix huel with almond milk because it turns into concrete lol
