Excellent helpful video, thank you. I visited the hotel for the first time in 1991. We're going on holiday there again soon. It's changed beyond recognition.
They have certainly put a lot of work in over the last decade or so. Every year there has been something that has been upgraded over the winter. Hope you enjoy your return to the hotel.

Thank you for another great video on the Hotel just thought i would say i was there when you where and said hello to you in the Restaurant me and my family had a wonderful time there the kids really Enjoyed the kids club put on by Tui and all the staff where Extremely welcoming and friendly

Hi Rob, thanks for this video! We can’t wait to be back!! You mentioned the snack bar was gone but you can still get food on all inclusive, can you still order food from here if you’re on half board the way you could previously?
Hi Rebecca. Yes, there’s a whole range of food that you can order and pay for in the new bar area.
Coming for first time in June. Your videos have been most helpful. Must you buy the water bottle from the hotel or can you use your own bottle?
Glad the video helped and I’m sure you’ll have a great time. You can use your own water bottle - the filter machine shown in the video is off in the corner of reception and you serve yourself. Most bottles will fit.
Cheers for the video rob, can you use their sports courts for free as ive seen on their website it has a euro sign next to it
No you have to rent it out if you want to use it. But you can only do this early in the morning or later in the afternoon as the animation team use it for football, tennis etc during the day. Of course you can join in with the animation team sports activities for free.

silly question are cocktails included in the standard all inclusive or do you have to pay extra like the other drinks? thank you x
A small selection of pre-mixed cocktails are available on standard all inclusive (tequila sunrise, piña colada etc.). Other cocktails come at an additional cost. Hope this helps.

Hello. Thanks for watching and glad you enjoyed the video. Pineda is a small town but has all the usual type of shop that people need - pharmacy, supermarkets etc. The centre is approximately 15-20 min walk from the hotel. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question. The simple answer is that I don’t speak French (or Spanish). I am English, all opinions are my own and I do NOT work for the hotel.
By now your Spanish must be muy bueno, perhaps with a British accent.;). I can’t trill my r’s so that leaves me out.
Ha ha. If only! I’m great at ordering food and drink, but not much else. My eldest daughter (who puts all these videos together) is fluent in Spanish, though. I can definitely trill my R’s so there’s hope for me yet.
