I'm seeing Rugal a lot in these videos lately, but he still doesn't seem very good. Is there something I'm missing?
Cause they try to give him new moveset and balance him out
But result just making him become trash
Why do all fights in this channel always happen on a fake background ?
What I do know is that all pvp here is on training stage background aka grey checkered which is boring so what we see are MODDED background stages so it doesn't animate.
literally only watch videos on this game, but if I had to guess it's because they're static backgrounds and that reduces lag?
Rugal is such trash in this game.
They should have built rugal as the 2002 version. This rugal version is trash.
