To answer why Christmas starts in September in the Philippines. It's because we don't have thanksgiving and Halloween is not acknowledge as a holiday in the Philippines. Christmas is the best holiday cause this is where most of the get together and parties happen and where most people have money because they get their Christmas bonus which everybody looks forward to every year.
Although Holloween is not recognized a holiday in The Philippines it's a non working Holiday, so I thought there's no work during holloween, so I asked my supervisor if I need to go to work during holloween 😅🤣
No, not really. The malls and networks started it all.
Before in the 90s, Christmas season started in November - after all souls day. Another major holiday.
The networks started the trend of christmas count down -100 days and their long christmas carol featuring their talents - because it increases viewership.
Then the malls followed, first with just early christmas songs then followed by the decorations - because it increases foot traffick in the malls and people will spend more money.
Now, we are stuck with a ridiculous september christmas season that lasts until january which is almost half the year.

Haha, no you don't have to leave every two months. Apply for a thirty day tourist visa when you return. Then you can get a visa extension every two months for up to three years. I have been here for nearly three years using this process. Soon I will leave for Bali for seven days and the process begins again when I return.
So happy that your lifestyle/vlogging channel has finally started to hit its stride. As much as I love your reaction channel, I have to admit that I enjoy watching you two more than the videos you boys are reacting to. My suggestion after Baguio is Boracay! It will appeal you as yuppie because it’s open at night for party people! 🎉😂🎉 and Boracay is named the Asia’s Top Island by Nas Conde in 2022. In 2020, it’s no. 2 best beach in the world by Nas Conde.
And so much activities in Boracay:
1. Helicopter 🚁 ride
2. Jetski
3. Scuba 🤿 diving
4. Banana boat
5. Parasailing 🪂
6. AVR
7. Helmet diving
And many more!
I think these guys are not party people as you can observed they love nature and do not like noisy crowd and as they said budget people.

Time flies so fast! Happy 50k guys 🥳 Y'all should visit Davao City 🇵🇭 I grew up there before moving to Wisconsin. There's amazing food there esp the fruits (pomelo, mangosteens, durian), crocodile park (crocodile meat, butterfly garden etc), home to the philippine eagle (y'all can visit & see the eagles), malagos chocolate museum, plus across it is Samal Island (so many wonderful beaches & resorts). Then from Davao you can take a road trip to other wonderful cities in Mindanao. I'll be so happy to help y'all 🥰 Can't wait for y'all to visit the diff provinces

You can extend your visa without the need to exit the country. It is simple and easy. SM Aura has an Immigration office for your convenience.
Anyway, since you’re travel vloggers, covering another country is understandable.
Go to Ayala Mall in Circuit Makati… there is a renewal center there, not that much people and they’ll be able to help you out in extending your Visas that doesnt require you to leave the country… I think they call it ACR card.

Congrats for the 50 K subscriptions. Go to the Northern part first like Baguio, Banaue rice terraces, Cagayan mummies cave, Ilocos Pagudpud beach, Pampanga, Pangasinan Hundred Islands, etc... then come Christmas season, go to the nearer Provinces in the South like Tagaytay, Laguna Enchanted Kingdom, Batangas and Mindoro beaches. You can also go to Camarines sur - Caramoan island hopping, Mayon Volcano in Albay...Those places are the nicest and the most reasonably priced trips. If you want the best, then go to the Visayas region to see Boracay, Palawan, Bohol, Cebu, Dumaguete etc...Do your own research and travel safe .. Good Luck and Enjoy!!!

I don't think you have to leave every 59 days, Tyler. The only time you need to exit the country is after 3 years. You are free to continuously extend your visa for 1 month, 2 months, or 6 months within the 36 months period.
@@oxoelfoxo I think they just consulted the website which was confusing. And there’s a cost to extending. I saw a few people actually preferred to leave for a few days and see some new place rather than pay for the extension.
Hopefully they’ll see the comments and figure it out if they do prefer to stay put though.
@@celletoronto If you're staying in the Philippines for a long period of time, It's actually more costly to exit the country every 59 days, as flight tickets, accomodation, food, and other travel stuff do add up. From what I gather, the 6 months extension saves you the most money.

I recommend you guys try hiking here, Mountains like Mt. Pulag (months like January to March is the best time to hike and witness the notorious breathtaking sea of clouds at the summit!), and Mt. Pinatubo! It’s definitely a fun and an unforgettable way to experience the beautiful nature of the country, imo! Can’t wait to see you guys go north to Baguio! Oh and Congrats to 50k!
