Question I put some chicken wire around my ac that’s goes on the floor of the outside of my house what screws or nails do I use to go into the stucco on my house to hold the chicken wire
@AnnoyedCricketHelmet-em5ix if it's masonry behind the stucco, use tapcon or a masonry anchor screw. If it's wood frame, use wood screw. But I would screw a treated 2 x 4 to the stucco and then attach wire to the 2 x 4
That is for diagonal bracing to hold the frame square. It is galvanized electric fence wire, I think 12 guage. You can use anything similar. Or wood slats , but wire is lighter.
This video isn’t getting the recognition it deserves! Most helpful one I’ve seen yet !
Thanks! Just wanted to help folks.
I got a headache not sure how to secure my chicken wire fast and safe, until I saw your video, thank you so much
You're welcome. Glad I could help
I wish i had seen this video a couple weeks ago. It looks a whole lot simpler than what i did. Thank you.
i was told a nail gun would be strong enough, but this method looks so much easier and secure, ty!

I just tried your technique.
I wish I knew this before.
It is great. You can adjust it anytime and remove it if needed.

Thanks, that’s brilliant!

Is the whole 2x4 structure just sits on the ground or is it affixed to the ground in some way?

What is the wire that is running diagonally?

@@TysonHoneyFarm Thanks a lot!
How far apart are your roofing nails?
The nails are approximately 8 to 10 inches apart.
One more question. How much of a vertical stretch can you get? Looks like you are stretching down about an inch or 1 1/2”?
