The problem is not specific to joyalukkas.
I have faced the same issue through flipkart with malabar and kundan as well wherein it took more than 25 days.
Also I was offered with the compensation of 2000 against cancellation and reorder but the offers were not vslid by then.
For some reason this delay has been there for me for only 2-3 brands, Joyalukkas being at the top. Sad to see another cancellation.

My order was returned to seller while it was in transit due to package damage by bluedart and because their mistake my order was cancelled and amount refunded by amazon but amazon did not give any compensation and inspite of demand that the order was cancelled because of ur courier partner mistake why should i suffer but amazon was adamant and did not give any compensation.
Sometimes companies make excuses to return the product back to them :(
Sometimes it’s genuine & since the company doesn’t owe us anything so no compensation at times.

i tried to verify the call actually but it seemed fake call( fake means not directly through flipkart ) it seemed to be a call from joyalukaks representative maybe (not sure though) it seemed fake because i was told to cancel it from my end, secondly when i tried to enquire about my other flipkart order, they said we have no knowledge about it
