It’s not lazy it’s just not doing something unnecessary, it’s like giving Batman a gun “in case you want him to have it”, it’s something out of character for the figure.
I feel like all the best figures that have come from the Arkham figre lines over the years were so good because they were sculpted by basically 3d printing the in game model into an actual figure, for example, basically all of the series 1 arkham asylum figures have the same exact pose that you'd see in the in-game trophy for the character in the game. And then you have figures like Oracle who were clearly made by people just looking at the in-game character and trying to adapt that into a figure.
I only like this set because that batgirl suit is ripped straight off the new 52 design which will fit in perfectly with that collection the last 2 batgirl we got were just bad, I hated that Greg capullo one just because the articulation was trash. This one will be a nice substitute
As a fan of Batgirl, the Batgirl figure looks pretty bad due to the awful face sculpt. As with any collectible, the face sculpt makes or breaks a figure or statue. In this instance, Batgirl's face completely ruins the figure. Unfortunately, Oracle doesn't fare much better than Batgirl. The main gripe with both figures is that they both have lifeless and bland face sculpts. With that aside, thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate it!
Just came across your channel the other day and have watched a lot of your Arkham figure reviews. I really love your reviews! With that said, imo, this figure is much better than you described in your review. Was also kinda disappointed that you haven't cared too much for the Arkham lineup of figures. I think a few things can be said: 1) It sounds like you didn't play any of the games. As a HUGE fan of the games, I really feel like the majority of these figures are GAME ACCURATE. I have the majority of the figures from the four games and am really pleased with them. I've displayed them on shelves and also just started taking pics of them for my Instagram channel. With regard to not liking the character designs, I agree with you to some extent. I wasn't crazy how they changed the Penguin up (although his figure does look fabulous) as an example. Anyway, just my two cents. Really love your channel and your Arkham figure reviews!!
I laughed really hard when you roasted the bat girl. Only reason I’d get this set is to have an Oracle in my bat family set. That’s what ebays for though
not bad looking on the side profile and the nose is weird the nostrils draw attention. the ear cover loooks funny although in reality it would be functional. If the ear ears are paarlell with the bat ears it would reduce the puffy face I think.
I was really hoping this would turn out better. I think Bat Girl has flared nostrils and looks like hell. I love the character of Oracle and wish they'd of given her proper leg and torso articulation. That way youd of had two figures in one. Oracle and Barbara Gordan. I love the games and designs but a lot of the figures are junk just like this set. A real shame...

Oracle is amazing I wish they made a funko pop version of oracle 😀
Has Oracle ever got other figures? I feel she comes out more interesting, between the two figures, but that may be because it is more of a rarity.
This set had an offer and I didn't go for it, I was starting to have regrets then I saw your review and I'm so glad I didn't go for this.
I like the 2 figures and she looks with the armor of the Batgirl of the New 52 when her comic started, much better than the last Batgirls
