INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
½ CUP CUSTARD POWDER
1 CUP WATER
MIX WELL
1+¼ CUP SUGAR
1 CUP WATER
MIX & COOK UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVE
BOIL THE MIXTURE FORE 2-3 MIN.
1 TSP LEMON JUICE
REMOVE THE FOAM
MIX THE CUSTARD MIXTURE
COOK & STIR UNTIL BECOME THICKEN
2 TBSP GHEE
COOK FOR 2-3 MIN.
½ TSP CARDAMOM POWDER
MIX WELL
SPREAD SOME CHOPPED ALMOND
POUR THE HALWA MIXTURE
COOL DOWN & KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 30 MIN.
REMOVE FROM THE MOULD
CUT IN PIECES
