Thank you! Totally appreciate the visual of the layers because I'm a really visual learner. I'm an experienced houseplant owner but I've learned by instinct and trial and error. Sometimes that's not enough and ya gotta learn the actual science of it. Thanks for making it so clear and simple!

Thanks for all the excellent information! The diagram of the stem cross section was especially helpful.

This is a great explanation. Thank you so much for sharing and demonstrating how to do this. My FLF isn't quite ready to do this and probably won't be for a little bit but I am excited to try.

Thanks for this instructional video! I learned so much! Can you please do a video on trendy house planting? I purchased an expensive pot with no drainage and I think I potted my plant all wrong.

Great video thanks! I'm going to try this but want to know - will it work on a piece that is over 2ft tall? I have a overgrown section I wanted to air layer.
Does it matter where you start the stripping of bark? In between a node and another node I assume? Thanks!!

Every other air layering video says remove cambium.
    did this work?

Remove the zip ties, spray the moss with a spritzer, then re-tie the plastic with new zip ties.

@@backbonevalleynursery7802 In the video it looks like you peeled off the green layer and exposed the white part. I'm watching it on my cell, so the screen is much smaller than a computer screen; maybe it just looked that way to me?
Excellent video, btw- thanks! My FLF is touching the ceiling and I need to do this soon.
