    Congrats on the loss. It's all moving in the right direction. Sorry to hear about your fall. Hope it doesn't put you off. I think it sometimes help to change things a bit to bring a bit of enthusiasm back. Look forward to see what you try in March. Take care, Shell X

    Soo good to see you back on yr skates, remember you going up & down yr drive & wondered when you be able to get on them again. That bruise looks soo painful, sure hope it’s improving! Good luck this week ☺️

    I'm totally confused about my habits lately too!! CC and tracking is the only way I lose weight but the last 2 months I just can't get in that head space. Look ahead to March and the warmer weather 😊 we can do this! Great skating BTW!! ❤️

      Sorry to hear you’re in a similar headspace it’s so frustrating when we can’t work out our habits etc, we just have to not give up on ourselves and try and try again, we can do this Louise 💪🏻 we will get there eventually! Xxx

      Thank you Hannah! I’m excited to go again next week ☺️, haha the bruise has just taken over now! I feel like it looks more sore than it is - although it hurts I feel like it does look worse

    Why are you so cool? The skating is epic, the bruise not so much. 0.04 of a loss is still a loss imo😅 its not a gain and thats a win. Im sure whatever you decide to do next will be the best thing for you and you'll work it out. We just gotta trial and error till we find what works right for us and that might not necessarily be what other people are doing.

    What about filling your meals with more veg and fruit to make you fuller, low calorie too x

    You so deserved to lose more weight this week as you are doing so well. Do you drink alot of water I find if I drink more it helps to lose more weight just an idea. Your an amazing skater and such a good workout your bruise looks painful i think the swelling has made you put on weight haha XX

      Hey honey; I do drink water but I’m sure I could drink more - something to think about for sure ☺️

    I’ve found intermittent fasting works well for me. I have 1600 calories a day and to stretch those over three meals wasn’t working but now I eat between 12MD to 8PM so two meals is a game changer for me…..worth a try ?

      Ooo that’s very interesting - fasting does seem to work really well for people - definitely will consider it thanks for the suggestion sumner x

    1400 calories is very low, you might need to up your calories a bit x
