I know Kalen Deborer and Ryan Grubb. They recruited my son at Sioux Falls and he played there for 3 years under them. Sioux Falls was an NAIA team that beat North Dakota's ass which was a D1 team. They could have competed easily in FCS. KALEN is a master developing players. At Fresno and Washington he had mostly 3 star players. He makes these kids 5 star players by the time they graduate. Players love playing for them and they love the players. He is going to kick peoples asses......I am telling you I know these guys and they will design the offense and defense to fit the players. Look at what he did at Indiana with 3 star and 2 star players. I guarantee you that Alabama wont miss a beat. And now they are playing with a chip on their shoulders. Look out !
We’re super happy to have him. He brought in the best staff we’ve had since 2017. Since this video came out he’s brought in another top100 on defense and a top10 recruit/generational talent in WR Ryan Williams. Also DB recruits Zabien Brown and Zay Mincey earned their 5th stars, so we signed 3 freshman 5 star DBs/ the #2, #3 and #4 CBs. Loved the hire of Wisconsin’s safties coach as he’s heralded as one of, if not the best safeties coach in college football. The offensive will be even better than last year and if he can get the best outta Milroe…..skies the limit. Rtr!

They also just acquired my university’s HC Kane Wommack as the DC. Which is gonna be an absolutely AMAZING addition. South had the 15th best defense in the county this past season (even beating out Alabama by 2ypg allowed)
Strength of schedule was bad though, so it's not as good as it looks. Although he could transition really well and still be very good for bama.
They ran a 4-2-5. So I’m not sure how well that’s going to role. They tried that under Pete Goulding and it didn’t go well.
@@AAblade7 most smaller schools don’t have many athletic linebackers, so it’s not shocking they’d run something like that. They usually get the 3 star athlete type players which fit better in the secondary. I doubt he’s stuck to that formation.
What high-level defensive recruit who wants to get to the league is going to trust their dev to a Def coordinator who's never sent anybody to the league??
@@gregjackson5025 he’s only sent 1 to the league yeah, but he’s only been an HC for 3 yrs. Idk about his time at Indiana as the DC if he sent anyone, but you have to remember he was the youngest HC that was in football before being signed at Alabama, so his resume isn’t as big as other people
People should realize that Deboers just took Washington to the natty with 2 & 3 star players. Now hes got 3,4,&5 star guys at Bama. We're going to be just fine. ROLL TIDE

Zay Mincey (247 and 247 composite 5 star) and Zabien Brown (247 and rivals 5 star) both earned their 5th star meaning Bama signed three freshman 5 star DBs/the #2, #3 and #4 CBs according to 247. Peyton Woodyard was a 5 star on rivals up until about a month ago as well. Nasty DB class. Rtr.

It was his greedy “agent” who cares more about getting a cut of the money $750 K now than waiting and getting a cut of what could have been millions later on. Auburn Georgia & Clemson are picking up alot of steam in the 2025 class our coach is gonna have to go on a flipathon after he gets settled in.. Florida, Missouri & Southern Miss have some really good people on there radar that we need to flip/recruit also

Pronounced D Boar like the hog. Kane Wommack’s defense is a lot more aggressive. The run defense is going to take a drop imho. However it’s going to be a super exciting defense to watch. It’s know as a “swarm” defense. Meaning the d-line basically is in attack mode the whole time and the corners focused on takeaways. It’s not as designed and can be susceptible to runs and RPO qbs. However it’s super aggressive and fun for players a la Les Miles at LSU.

Anytime a coach like Saban retires is going to be a challenge of course! But if DeBoer don't do the job he will not be here long. Now I can't tell the future so who knows but we'll see. I do know NO BODY who is actually HERE IN TUSCALOOSA is NOT worried a BIT! Actually it's surprisingly ALL POSITIVE. Now I met coach for all of about 2 minutes and I'm not 100% sold but I'm for sure at 90%! Time will tell! Roll Tide!
