Are the RDCs employed and remunerated by the Public Service Commission? If yes, how then can any individual, whether a President or not, lawfully create any position in the RDC office outside the authority and mandate of the PSC, yet the holders of such offices are to be remunerated by the PSC? This can only be irregular and therefore unlawful. After all, such offices as the Deputy RDC and assistant RDC are not even constitutionally provided for. The President is not above the law, except in a banana republic.
So now, what are u going to do..?
Btw, have u read the local government act to ascertain the legality of those positions under RDC Office?
