I made sure I to go back through every frame of the "serious" section of the video and ... _appreciate_ what you were saying. What you were sharing. And--genuinely, from the bottom of my heart--WOW. Good for you. And, because of this video, I'm finally admitting that I'm out of excuses and am literally going to start exercising again as soon as I'm done typing this. I don't know if I'm ever going to figure out what I love, but I can certainly do something about my weight. So, you can put that in your win column, as well. Of course, it also means that you're responsible if I die of a heart attack halfway through my first pushup. Just FYI.
đ„șđ„șthis is my face reading this. I still canât do a push up đđđ but Iâm progressing!! Hahahah I think l learnt a lot about myself through working out but itâs definitely not the only way so no stress đł
Huh ?? She said all the things that's been healthy for her and the only think you have to say, it's this...especially for something you will never able to know if she didn't mention. For one time, someone say the "truth" to what helped her to improve, physically and mentally and not lie or at least hide like most people do.
I honestly donât know if you are THAT sympathetic to feel sad for her when sheâs obviously happy, or you are just giving a condescending feedback. I wanna give you the benefit of the doubt that itâs the former so: Iâm SO happy for you to never feel the need to modify your appearance to feel beautifulđ you go queen!
@@hexinchen5286 I can't tell if you're being satirical or not but I'm gonna assume the latter, honestly I think this might be the most respectful opinionated comment I've ever come across on CZcams and so that being said, let me be completely honest, I am completely against plastic surgery (unless it's for medical reasons) and I truly feel sad that women these days feel like they can never truly be beautiful unless they unnaturally alter their face and body. That being said, I admire this woman for being honest and not setting impossible standards for young girls and claiming to be completely "natural" however I do believe that these kind of videos influence young girls to think that if they don't feel beautiful, then they could simply opt for plastic surgery when what they really should be changing is their mindset.
@@cAt-lv3qh My apologies. I was being satirical because I initially thought you were like those people online who give unsolicited opinions or backhanded comments. I reacted too sensitively in trying to defend her until I realised you were being sincere. Have a good day â€
Wait, what, seriously, is it real for the botox part ? Cause i've never heard of it, I tought, I was quite knowledge on the subject. But if it's true, great move, you look amazing. Cause most of the time, especially for young people, at least for me, it doesn't look that great, making them look older, too tight that you can even see, their face normally moving or the worst part, the botox migrating to others parts. But of course, anyone do what they want with their body, it's none of my business đđ
i did it on my masseter aka my biting muscles. I did it 3 times and 6 months apart, the result has been great! Like no weight loss can give me a face slim. BUUUUUUUT I plan to not do them anymore because they do make your face sag a little bit, or am I delusional? I noticed my smile lines are more obvious now than before . But still no regrets :)
@@Yewtewbathanks! Yea it was surprising that when I was researching about Botox before it was presented as super safe and no side effects. Yea trying has been fun, no regrets :) thanks for the comment!
@@hutingting Yeah, it's okay to try things, and of course the skin can sag after doing it, it's exactly the same process as when you gain weigh and you lose it after, your skin will sag because she's been stretched.
