So if they sell the trainning ground to blue co, Chelsea the football club will then rent it back for a going rate, but recieve 50mil for selling it, for example. Complicated, however not illegal

It seems Willian is our latest Enzo/Caicedo where we will not accept anything other than a deal. A.I. must be pin pointing him as the highest ceiling talent in football. I’m excited to see Nkunku, Jackson, Palmer and Willan/Paez. That is a foursome that will win things. Jackson is so much more than just his finishing. He has top finishers around him. Jackson will only get better. He makes other players better. He is a threat on the turn, and speed. He brings other players in by his back to goal bounce touch and running channels to take pressure off and winning position high on the pitch. He isn’t afraid to take defenders on to keep the CB on their toes. I honestly believe he would be one of the worst strikers to play against right now. Aside from his finishing. Soon I’m sure Poch will have him working on dropping deep and play making like a certain Harry Kane. To be fair, his game should probably be more centred around pace though. Jorginho is horrible. Xabi Alonso's time in the Premier League was nothing special; he did not accomplish much. Silva plays in the back as a defender, and he basically has cover from either Conor or Ciedo, both of whom are exceptionally fit. Giroud is a striker who is only good in the penalty box. Nobody that plays in the middle of the park is as slow as Enzo in the Premier League. Even Jorginho plays faster than him, not to mention Xabi. Fàbregas was faster on the ball than Enzo; he never held onto the ball like Enzo does.
Honestly i would bring back lukaku into the squad for next season so him and jackson can play as our main cfd cause dont think victor would hit the ground running and focus on a defender and a left winger...... let jackson have next season to focus more and develop while lukaku would be the second to him
