Any bi-laterally negotiations or agreements which can't depend on the interst of the people first can't yield the mutual benefit.
As clearly stated in UN charter, the main fundamental foundation of the union is to keep safeguard to sustaining generations or human identity.
Any political finding or strategic plan of action which is against human identity can be chronic diseases of politics.
For example "we are the country and country are we....."types of colonial political philosophy which is a very serious chronic diseases of politics must need a great attention with respect to fundamental human rights and international convention. Unless, if human identity becomes man-made or artificial, the destruction of our world will never be far.

President Ruto of Kenya made an excellent speech to the European Union members. Usually African leaders approach the European union members for help. President Ruto did not ask the European Union members for handout instead he asked the Uninion members to do business both in Kenya & African countries in win win business. He pointed out clearly the developed nations caused the most environment damages and yet the less developed countries like Africa, Asia & south America are paying the price. I hope the European Union members, United States of America & China will support the developing countries to withstand the environmental damages they are experiencing.
