great video. you make some good points as you do in other videos I have watched of yours. however, I would suggest waiting a little longer than a few days before making changes. A few days is not likely to be enough to have the full picture, depending on your workplace of course. depending on what your manager's expectations are, I would suggest not rushing any changes and take a little longer than a few days or a few weeks. cheers.
