- ITS TIME BOYS! Yamaha Jog 3kj build time. Since the scooter didnt want to start up for me, we decided to jump right into a stage6 full 70cc build!

Also, if you want a cool cvt cover for the shortcase Minarellis like the one in the Vino and this Jog, the only real option I’ve found is importing a cover for a Jog 90 from overseas.
It’s mostly the same as the one existing one, but the front half has windows for the drive face fan to pull air into.

Trevor I would definitely put a new ring on that s6 street pro mk2 kit. It's totally worth that extra reassurance that it's gonna be 100%. I did the same thing but I used mine for about 7-10k miles and later found out that it had a .24mm ring end gap. Cylinder and piston looks brand new still minus the lil bit of carbon on top of the piston. Ran a cp21 and a polini 4 race pipe, 4.5g rollers. Was a solid ripper. With mild CVT components I was able to hit 71mph GPS'd.

The 5BM jog/vino horizontal minarellis are rippers! Much better intake and porting than the regular horizontal minarelli you see on the Bugeye

Them screws/bolts will be JIS not Phillips or pozi drive. You will usually get away with it, but if you get a nasty tight one, it can soon burr. Japanese Industry Standard. Love your channel❤ Hard to find these peds in the UK 😢

can you please build a double cylinder minarelli horizontell. It would be so sick, ive seen some engine mounts for zumas that make the horizontell fit
Try build a piaggio typhoon or gilera runner you can do them 172cc or 70cc, they are big over in Europe and the UK
They are as rare as rocking horse shit in the Uss. Same with the yammy aerox fhere silly money once imported. Where as these jogs and elites he builds are silly money in the UK

Ive always kept the minarelli oil pomp no problems with athena racing c16 setup or different iron cast 70cc always more than enough oil and it never breaks down
you def can , i prefer not to, stock oil pump is a 40:1 ratio, i run all built engines at a 32:1 ratio

Hey man, 16 yo got a moped in the UK, just curious as to how you remember where you put the pieces when you take apart the moped, I’ve had to put a kickstand which required me to take literally everything off to access the wire that cuts off the motor when the stand is down, and ended up leaving some bolts in the wrong place, anyways just curious as to how you remember man, thanks 😃 great vid (still watching as I type)

I also got 3ry which has same engine, but... I can't find ANY CDI /limit cut because Yamaha thought its good idea to change cdi for every scooter.
You should get yourself some JIS screwdrivers and you won't have any problems with removing those japanese screws they're not the same as standard Phillips heads.
Get 50cc 2 stroke aerox there quite good
i got a 1987 jog that needs a new top end, it got the vertical engine but when I go look for the top end I cant even find proof of existence, you can find the one with the weird sideways exhaust port but mine is just flat straight across like this --- if you know anything I do need the help

Been following yall for a while. Have a couple questions.
Ill be moving to Vegas in a couple months and would like to bring my Dio with me. Does Nevada require registration and need a license for scooters (or whatever the legal term is, for them, in NV)? Does it need a motorcycle registration or a different type? In CA, they require a motorcycle registration and M1 license which is a motorcycle license.
Any help would be great. Thanks!

Do you delete the oil pumps on your bikes for only premix? If so you have a video for oil pump delete
i did it in this vid! you just gotta remove everything connect to oil pump, or you can simply just block off the pump and premix if you don’t wanna remove it all
@mopboyz do you plan on putting a block off plate there? Are you making one or do they sell one anywhere? I’m deleting mine as we speak going premix. Got a 2001 with POLINI 70 kit. I’ll send pics. Had 57 miles on it when I bought it. Also the crank pin size…. Did you go with 12mm or stay 10mm?

Those are not Phillips screws... they're Japanese industrial standard(jis)... do yourself a favor and buy some vessel impacta screwdrivers... they will make your life easier.
