Making carob honey is a long process, but I wanted to do it at least once in my life,
And I'll probably repeat it again.
The carob has high nutritional values and is in itself an important plant to eat,
Beyond that it is used as a medicinal plant in folk medicine,
Using carob water, carob honey, carob seed tea.
In the video I made carob honey from the picking stage to the honey stage in a jar,
And I used it to sweeten the oatmeal I made while working in the garden.
Honey sweetens, gives vigor and physical strength, and also heals
