And I gotta say- you are very talented at this, you have the talent to be able to find and realize that something has that ‘it’ factor. A lot of resellers are not as savvy. Hey, I just love your videos because you're not repetitive like some people are in their CZcams's. I hate hearing the same spiel over and over again but you keep it fresh light and positive and that's fun. I’ve been loving your so videos sooo much!! I would have a hay day at your thrift stores! I shop primarily at the bins because the regular goodwills here are very overpriced. ($19.99 for shoes, 12.99-29.99 for dresses etc) I always keep my eye out for all the bolos I’ve learned from your videos. I once found a title nine merino wool dress that sold recently for $50, and I otherwise would’ve never picked it up if it wasn’t for you! I typically price vintage silk beaded gowns around $60-$70. When it comes to formal event gowns those can sit for a little bit while waiting for the right buyer to come along. Since they're normally purchased for limited events like dances, pageants or black tie formals. Hope you're having amazing sales! ❤️🥰

I really don't see how you could have found that many high end items at Goodwill, who has their own website. They would never put those out on the floor at such a low price.
I've been getting lucky. They have hundreds of items donated daily, lots make it on the floor. I think they also prefer to move items fast vs sitting on items to sell online. ❤️

How many times do you examine an item at GW and think it’s in great condition but get home and discover a flaw? It happens to me. I look and look at a garment thinking it’s in great used condition only to find a small hole or tiny stain that won’t come out🙃😏😒
Too many times! I'll look and look and see nothing, but the second I get the item in front of my lights to take pictures the flaws blatantly obvious! You're not alone. 😂

Hey Nancy. I personally don't remove the marker from the bottom of the shoes. I don't think people mind that much. When I used to take them off though rubbing alcohol or a magic eraser did the trick. Hope that helps. ❤️

Always great finds! Do you list it and leave it or do you end/sell similar and adjust your price, etc if something is sitting? Also, what are your returns like? I’ll go months without any returns and then bam like a bunch in a row. Frustrating. Almost always for fit. I sell part time as I have young kids at home. How do you balance it all? I feel like if I could thrift and list all day everyday I’d be making a ton but when you’ve got kids it’s so hard.
Hey! Thank you! Once something has been stale for a while I put it on sale or I'll relist it for the same price if it's something I know should go for the original listing price. As for returns I'm right there with you! I'll go so long without any returns and then all in one day I'll have 4-5! Lol! I still struggle to balance kiddos and work, but what has helped me is waking up early. During the morning when everyone is asleep I get my shipping prepped and my 10 listings done for the day. That way if I'm not able to do anymore work the rest of the day I know at least I got the two most important tasks out of the way. Hope that helps a little. 🫶❤️
I hear you mention something about sells rate, i cant quite hear exactly what your saying. Something to do with how well an item sells. Can you explain how you figure this out?
Hey! So the sell through rate is based on how many active listings there are of your items vs how many sold listings there are. So a 100% sell through rate means that there are equal amounts of active listings as there are sold listings. Over 100% sell through rate means there are more sold listings than active listings. Hope that helps. ❤️
Of course! I check on eBay. When you search your item there is a number on the right hand side they show the number of how many active listings there are and then when you click on the sold filter it will show you the number of sold listings for that item. 😊
I do if I think they need it, like if they're stained or have an odor. For the majority of the items I steam treat them which disinfects/sanitizes them. 😊
I just snap a quick picture of the item while I'm at the store and then when you look at the photo there should be a lens icon on the bottom next to your edit, share or delete section, just click on that and it should show you results for your photo. Hope that helps. ❤️
I offer returns on eBay because people are going to get a return on their regardless if you offer them or not. That's just how eBay works. I just have mine set up so if it's returned based on fit or because they just didn't like it the buyer does have to pay for the return label. ❤️ Hope that helps.

I really don't see how you could have found that many high end items at Goodwill, who has their own website. They would never put those out on the floor at such a low price.
I've been getting lucky. They have hundreds of items donated daily, lots make it on the floor. I think they also prefer to move items fast vs sitting on items to sell online. ❤️

How many times do you examine an item at GW and think it’s in great condition but get home and discover a flaw? It happens to me. I look and look at a garment thinking it’s in great used condition only to find a small hole or tiny stain that won’t come out🙃😏😒
Too many times! I'll look and look and see nothing, but the second I get the item in front of my lights to take pictures the flaws blatantly obvious! You're not alone. 😂

Hey Nancy. I personally don't remove the marker from the bottom of the shoes. I don't think people mind that much. When I used to take them off though rubbing alcohol or a magic eraser did the trick. Hope that helps. ❤️

Always great finds! Do you list it and leave it or do you end/sell similar and adjust your price, etc if something is sitting? Also, what are your returns like? I’ll go months without any returns and then bam like a bunch in a row. Frustrating. Almost always for fit. I sell part time as I have young kids at home. How do you balance it all? I feel like if I could thrift and list all day everyday I’d be making a ton but when you’ve got kids it’s so hard.
Hey! Thank you! Once something has been stale for a while I put it on sale or I'll relist it for the same price if it's something I know should go for the original listing price. As for returns I'm right there with you! I'll go so long without any returns and then all in one day I'll have 4-5! Lol!
I still struggle to balance kiddos and work, but what has helped me is waking up early. During the morning when everyone is asleep I get my shipping prepped and my 10 listings done for the day. That way if I'm not able to do anymore work the rest of the day I know at least I got the two most important tasks out of the way. Hope that helps a little. 🫶❤️

I hear you mention something about sells rate, i cant quite hear exactly what your saying. Something to do with how well an item sells. Can you explain how you figure this out?
Hey! So the sell through rate is based on how many active listings there are of your items vs how many sold listings there are. So a 100% sell through rate means that there are equal amounts of active listings as there are sold listings. Over 100% sell through rate means there are more sold listings than active listings. Of course! I check on eBay. When you search your item there is a number on the right hand side they show the number of how many active listings there are and then when you click on the sold filter it will show you the number of sold listings for that item. 😊

Hello, do you wash clothes before selling it?
I do if I think they need it, like if they're stained or have an odor. For the majority of the items I steam treat them which disinfects/sanitizes them. 😊
How do you "take a picture" and Google lens it?
I just snap a quick picture of the item while I'm at the store and then when you look at the photo there should be a lens icon on the bottom next to your edit, share or delete section, just click on that and it should show you results for your photo. Hope that helps. ❤️

I offer returns on eBay because people are going to get a return on their regardless if you offer them or not. That's just how eBay works. I just have mine set up so if it's returned based on fit or because they just didn't like it the buyer does have to pay for the return label. ❤️ Hope that helps.
