- The Skye Trail on the Isle of Skye is an 80 mile multi day hike through some of the most breathtaking scenery the world has to offer. The trail is often unmarked and precarious, it's also exposed to the ever changing weather so experience in hiking and navigation is essential. 👇👇👇

Your needing to get out with john again soon. I love the underwater stuff x
I am now shouting MEDIC when I'm out on my ebike, I blame you! 😂
That’s on you ya loon 😊
@@HazeOutdoors 😂😂😂
Been using MEDIC for years now also thanks to hazy😂😂😂. Me and my mates also comment on gates and latches and how we should post to locks and latches but never do😂😂😊.
Lol same here 😂
Im the same!! Even my wifes now bloody saying it even though she hasnt seen this channel. 🤣🤣
"He just came down from the isle of Skye.
He's no very big, and he's awful shy.
All the lassies shout Ock Eye, Hazey where's your trousers.??"
that's one of your best ever Hazelshoot, really spectacular eye candy old chap. Here's to many more noodle straighteners in the futch.
Hazey!
Idea for a video, could you take us through your routine when returning home from a camp?
Proper way to dry out / clean a tent, how you square everything away and organize it ready for the next one?
Love you!
100% this please
"Im so hungry" followed by " I hope I see an otter " 😂😂😂
I wanted to shout `Eat Some More food!` Methinks the lad likes to suffer a bit ;)
This is by far, not only the best Hazey series, but the best series I've watched on CZcams. Genuinely looked forward to every episode! Thanks again!
Superb wee series of vids there, absolutely loved you putting tent up in the pissing rain and filming it all for our entertainment 😂class act 👌
That was epic thank you. Even when the waffle tank was running a bit dry you managed to come up with some enjoyable drivel. I don't know where your off to next but I look forward to it.
That was an absolute joy. Thanks for taking us along wi ye, brother. Loved it 💙
I just completed the Skye Trail today! Was such an epic journey. I think I consumed my entire body weight with the meal I had at the end in Broadford😂 Big respect for smashing it out in such a short time🙌
Absolute classic Hazey! Truly inspirational, I dragged me arris off the couch for 2 nights camping & hiking @69.5 yonks of age
officially addicted to your banter and optimisim. love it best when you team up with fern.
That whole series has been brilliant, beautiful views and mountains with the usual Haze commentary and “latch and locks” ❤❤ thanks 😊
Perfect midge weather. Trees, dampness, no wind. No sea otters in UK, just otters that venture out to sea to fish. Stream outlets are ideal spotting areas.
Brilliant end to a brilliant series …. Really loved this one … so many laughs along the way.
Keep them coming Hazy ✅🏴
Mr Hazy
Epic....all 4 releases have been watched and throughly enjoyed them. You bring so much to the hike humour, grief, good craic or 'bants' even when it's about not having any....and you always have the human element, in that you actually look as though you've been through the ringer at times.....fab, content, scenery, chat and you being you.
Brill...thank you.
Love it when a new Haze Outdoors video jumps into my "to watch list". Your a top man and bring a lot of happiness to a lot of people's lives. Keep them coming pal
Just wanted to say thanks, top video from a top man, again thanks 🙏
It always amazes me when you show "I came from there around here to where we are now" absolutely nuts! Seems like it is sooooo far away!
Hazel-meister - love these multi day vids, only Hazy could end up finishing the trip in his jammies and pull it off 🤣
Having walked it both ways I have to say I prefered walking it South to North. What I found is that the majority of the good views are always in front rather than behind as you mentioned a couple of times.
Currently in the middle of the peak district on a wild camping trip. Stopped for a beer at a pub and there's a haze video 😆 I think I'll have another 😂
Cheers 🍻
@@HazeOutdoorsto absent friends 🍻
Nice one Hazey, I have really enjoyed watching your Skye adventures. Brought back loads of memories of when my wife and I used to visit - hiking, camping and climbing the mountains almost 30 years ago. ❤❤ 🍻
Big respect man. The king of banter. 👑
Yea good stuff watched all the 80 miles .been walking for over 30 years there are lows and highs in most walks when you accept and realise this it's reward and nature that trumps everything 😊😊
Well done Hazey 👏 The Skye Trail is amazing. Broadford Chippy is too 🤤
My mate saw (& photographed) an otter eating a fish on the banks of the River Frome,2 miles outside the centre of Bristol !
What a cracking trip. All weather, all terrain, all good for body and soul. I'll bet you felt great, once the feet recovered. Nice one.
That was an amazing journey. The music was so appropriate too. Spectacular scenery. Thanks for sharing.
I proper enjoyed this series, Hazey! Along with Harris & Lewis, Skye is my favourite UK place to stay and spend qualitahhhh time. Your fabulous hike brought back some great memories - terrific for the noggin! Cheers, and I hope you took some time to give those trotters a well-earned rest! :)
Thoroughly enjoyed watching this series with the missus, glad you got out there, keep it up sir :)
Must admit though, my erse was biting the chair when you opted to camp in the woods in wind and lightning 🌩😅
Pissed it. Well done for getting back on the Skye horse mate and riding it off into the fish n chip sunset. Waffle time is the best time for me. My friend lives in Skye, might get there one day. Stay crazy Hazey 😊
watching your videos being from southern USA is so cool. we have what feels like 1,000 trees per acre, so seeing vast open planes is always a pleasant sight (even in overcast haha)
Cheers 🍻 ✌to Scotland 🏴enjoying these ⛰🏕👌
Big up Scotland 🏴 🫡
Well done mate..I am just starting up Wild camping and Hiking again after 16 years. Totally looking forward to it again...just getting my new trail / camp kit together. Guys like yourselves on YT is great to watch to get the inspiration juices flowing again.
Love the Ranter Banter. 😂
Si
Top man, been looking forward to this
Cheers boss
Just completed the trail myself. Cheers for your videos fella! made some great reference points and things to note... also very enjoyable spotting said latch and locks you passed. That small bunch of trees you camped near Kilmarie in the storm.. when I passed it (camped just before this point) I decided to name it Hazeys Wood 😄
Yeah the woods have been cut down but I slept just off the road in the ex woods and in the morning saw some forestry people planting new ones.
Also regret to inform you that the burger van was proper good. Can of coke, hot chocolate, burger and a portion of chips was 11 quid. The burger was massive and so was the portion of chips, I ended up carrying the chips all the way to the end and ate them while waiting for the bus lol.
I parked at Portree so had the pleasure of a bus trip both in the beginning and at the end.
Beautiful series bud, and a big shout out to you for all the hard graft you put in to the vids, you are appreciated more than you know 🙏🏻💪🏻
Mate! I forgot I started watching this a few days ago then 'got distracted'. Clicked on some random video in CZcams and "What's this!? Oh yeah! Let's see how our fella got on! Brilliant video mate. You must have gone full beat mode on the first meal you could get your hands on. Been there. Best of times. Hpe the eyelids weren't too leaden on't drive home :) Love your work mate.
Thank you Haze for shared moments!
Hi hazy this has been great to watch and you blitzed it mate defo a machine when pumping out those miles for sure ,but great scenery and just enjoyed listening to everything you had to say about the place all the best buddy awesome job 👍👌🙏🙏❤️⛺️⛺️
Very funny. Very entertaining, thank-you. I'm glad you returned & made it.
Enjoyed every minute, recovering from surgery atm so you have cheered me right up mate. Funny guy keep being you 👌
Well done Hazey, epic hike, loved every minute of it.
That was a another amazing adventure Hazy!
Congrats mate, another amazing trail done ❤
That copy and paste mountain is Glammaig, an extinct volcano. Mt favourite lump on Skye :) There's a yearly race from the bar in the nearest pub to the top and back. The record is 40 minutes apparently!
After watching all of the videos I'm thinking it's time for another trip to Skye. Proper shift you put in with these, salute! 🫡
Good stuff hazey, i went up to skye a few months back, didnt make it due to one of the roads being closed off unfortunately, gutted. Will have to go back soon after seeing what she has to offer!
Spot on job Hazey boy!! Mediiiiic!!!!!! Haha you would be my number 1 hiking buddy . Love from Wales dude!
Bloody brilliant as ever, thanks yet again maestro!
Otterly Brilliant Hazey
Great finish, hope the F&C was as good as you imagined.
Great series. The Skye trail is definitely one on my radar.
Fair play - that was some graft on the last day with nout in yer belly - well done mate.
Lovely to re-live an epic experience through Hazy eyes and to know we were (literally) following your footsteps. Can recommend The Coffee Bothy in Broadford should you venture that way again.
Yet another great mini series. The problem i find with doing these mini adventures is having to come home back to the humdrum of life and work. I guess i need to make some changes or become an exploring nomad forever.
Well Haze that was a truly grand adventure. Ive watched since the beginning. I enjoyed it so much. thank you very much for sharing.
Dwayne
Beautiful mate well done👍👊🙏
One of your best Hazey, great stuff.
I the immortal words of Mr Forest Gump. "Latch and Locks............its a household name!"
Spot on Hazey lad.
Nice one, Hazey lad. Well done.
Love ya work Hazey, made my day !
Brilliant. Just brilliant. I love your multiday hikes and this has been my favourite since Cape Wrath. Thanks mate.
Massive congratulations, great video, many thanks for sharing.❤
That morning after the storm looked epic and worthy of that trip alone - really had that wilderness feel to it. I really need to get out there looks amazing 👊👌
Great series hazy 👏
Another cracking series of videos - great work! Lovely to see the Lanshan again. I bought one about 18 months ago after watching your Cape Wrath videos and it has served me very well on a number of adventures. Thanks again for all your videos and keep well!
I wish I had the public lands nearby to get outdoors.
Great series. Really enjoyed it.
wonderful. I shall miss this series
What a brilliant hike man, your shots are just flawless as well as editing! Bravo 👏👏
Some locals say the end should be at kylerhea were the cows were swam across to the mainland for market at Falkirk
Great series - thanks for another brilliant set of videos what an epic!!👍💪
much to you Mr Haze
Brilliant! You’re the best!
Loved it mate😃
Keep on kicking ass dude!!!
You should make an OF “latch and locks”…. lol get yours old boy!
One of your best yet 👍❤️
Your tent made a cameo appearance in Maximus Ironthumper's video about his walk on Isle of Skye; you took the only nice place to camp, lol CHALLENGE: Next time you do a long walk, you end it in a tutu and a fancy feathered hat!!! And no, it can't be the end is in the middle of nowhere! Beautiful video series, breathtaking views, and the best banter ever. Thanks Hazey. (sorry you didn't see an otter, maybe next time)
Really enjoyed watching looks amazing
I showed my kids "MEDIC" they thought it was hilarious, i get it screamed in my ears when I'm in the car, they look out for road kill the gruesome little buggers 😂.
Ps what are your wide hiking shoes.
Loved it!!!
Thanks man, you inspire md to do a few trips recently
Mint vid mate 👌
Its your round in't Red lion ..see you in there 🍻
Haze you are a legend - thank you ❤
Really enjoyed following along, quality work
Well done! thoroughly enjoyed watching this trail from start to finish, such an achievement .... hope you enjoyed you chippy :)
This was a good series.
Can't tell you how much I enjoyed these videos. Scenery was fantastic, hilarious and informative content and brilliant banter (as always). Look forward to your next adventure 😁.
Nice wan hazey just epic my country is stunning thanks to you fir showing how magnificent it is atb my long time medic shout”er hehe
I've been clucking for this, I've been having to take the edge off rewatching the CWT ones 🤣
I think the last in the series is always a bit shit because my brains melted and my bodies done in 🤣
I have travelled everywhere man! In search of Otters and have never seen one of the fury Bastards yet! Even went Gigi in Scotland, seen Paul Newman, but he aint an otter!
Love watching your vids mate. Wasn't getting out much doing solo camping & hiking. But after watching a few vids of yours I got motivated to get bk out to do a bit & I really love doing it again. So thank you for that kick up the ass I needed to get bk out again. So I'm off to Crainlarich to walk to glen Coe next week. Love my bushcraft & woodlore so always busy round camp lol
You missed the best bay wild camp and Elgol, now don’t say I did not mention it mate. Should have come with Evac, the weather gods are always with me. 😊
thanks Paul, you are a star. love ya man.
Loving this series, totally epic. Nice one Man. Atb
