Vertical transmission is from mother to the fetus in-utero or during delivery. Not simply from one person to another.
Salpingitis is Inflammation of Fallopian Tube (Salpinx= FT, Itis=Inflammation) so it's not an issue for a male. Only manifests in females.

salpingitis is not seen in males as males does not have fallopian tubes and vertical transmission means transmission from mother to neonate.

Good day. Hope you doing well, I am 42 years old, male. I watched your video then I confirmed I have been suffering from chlamydia since 15-20 years ago.
Symptoms
Eye redness, arthritis, white watery & cloudy discharge from the penis, rectum discomfort and discharge from the rectum.
I visited Dr. I only told them I have been suffering sexual dysfunction, like-I have a good erection but I can not complete intercourse properly, very short time. discharge watery & cloudy from the penis, and other symptoms I never discussed. Because I thought that was normal, my doctor suggested to do tests urine, sperm, blood and tests also. Those reports were okay. Dr Never told me I was suffering from chlamydia. But when I saw your video I felt I had chlamydia.
In this regard, i hope from your valuable advice.
