The new paint scheme brings a tear to my eye. I grew up around bobcat skid steers all the way back to the early 70s. Even before hydrostatic drive. And no cage.
looks like a well built machine. I like how you can get to the deck from under the seat. I wonder what the cost is for one these in 2022. We paid 7,400.00 for a 54" Bad Boy Maverick with Kawasaki 726. no air ride seat.
Gonna need to sell a kidney to get one of these, have a few acres and need a good mower due to recent medical issues. Love this mower so far, definitely would go Bobcat when I can. Great videos!

Also from what I know, bobcat (as in the skid steers) used to be completely different than bob-cat turf....like day and night different companies lol. Bobcat (skid steer company) bought the other guys out. I could be wrong on that but someone will comment on that either way let me know 🤷♂️

Cool mower👍I love the Hydro-gear trans axles . I got the the 3400's on my stander too and the 5400's on my 61" sit down. The 4400's are awesome. That's what is on Ferris Z3X stander 🙄 I like the new colors but, I'm gonna miss that pretty green they had🙁
Is the trans axle self contained? Do you not have to service them? And what do you think will last longer? Pumps or Trans axles, thanks for your video!!!
You do service the transaxle it has oil filters and such… I think manufacturers have shown that the transaxle is just as durable as the pump and wheel motor set up in most situations
That is one bad looking mower right there. From the beefy steel for the front wheels and the little detail with the orange bobcat on the seat. I don't think there is another machine that has a white paint scheme like Bobcat, makes sense to me.
Try adding some two foot thick Byhalia mixed in with some St Augustine and a little bit of the grasses and see how to get bet the mower won't handle it

I was at my bobcat dealer just today looking a the ZT7000 model. My only concern is that they only offer a carburetor engine and not EFI. Im scared they will be too hard on fuel?
Doesn’t stripe well at all. Are the handles awkward? Are the handles in practical locations? All I got from this was beef. Beefy. Maybe this guy was just hungry during the video lol
Vision City it striped as well in grass types that will strip as any other mower with no striping kit, it’s not really a feature of any importance to me. The control leavers are in the same place they are on every other mower ... they do have some adjustability. The only problem with the high control panel was on the smaller deck 52 inch it blocked your view of the deck. If the only thing you got from the video was beefy you weren’t paying attention
I love the trans axles too, my last two mowers have them but had one go out about three years ago on my toro 6000 and the repair cost is staggering. Pros/cons
Bobcat the construction equipment company owned by Doosan did not make the green bobcat mowers. Doosan did however just buy out the bobcat turf company a few months ago hince the change in color scheme to match thier other machines.
The paint scheme is cool and looks good. The white may be harder to keep clean. Man what is going on with your yard next to the road; it looks awful? How about the neighbor's weedeater smoking like a chimney. Ha Ha!!
Mark Sizemore that ditch bank was all bahiagrass... I killed the bahiagrass about this time last year and put about 10 Bermudagrass plugs out , they almost have it covered in just one season. Yeah I saw the smoking trimmer when I went back and watched 😂 I need to dig around in the shop and see if they have an old one to give him

I love them and used several but the Hustler Super Z has the best hydraulic system. Bobcat should adopt that, it is in fact the same as a skid steer.

All the new ones are actually Fuel injected
I don’t find the carb. Engine to be too bad on gas .... but my understanding is for the big mowers they are switching to fuel injection only
I hope they take that paint scheme to the Quikcat. My current Quikcat is my favorite of my mowers. If they do, I’m in to buy it.
