    My family and I are celebrating my dad's 60th Birthday in WDW from June 3-11! We managed to get fastpasses for the Na'vi River Journey for this Saturday, June 3rd, without staying at a Disney hotel!!! (Yes, I'm as surprised as you are! I was ready to book fastpasses exactly at 7am, 30 days out from the date we're going thanks to your "Fastpass+" video.) I am so excited!

    Lol Miranda!! I love you! The Hall of Presidents is/was my favorite attraction, and I know exactly what you're thinking and feeling right now. No words needed. 😘😉

    I once waited nearly an hour for the little mermaid ride 😭 I go all the time but for some reason that time I saw it necessary to wait that long. lol never again 😂

    I visited the magic kingdom around mid December and most of the rides had decent lines except splash mountain. Splash mountain was five minutes all day (walk-on!!!) which was INSANE. That’s never happened before, I was so happy. However we did ride The Little Mermaid and it broke down (first time that happened. Normally when we ride it it just temporarily stops a few times) and we had to get evacuated off. It was craaaaazy

    We're the same person omg. I agree on every single thing you said! My family is planning our July trip to Disney and I'm frustrated by the fast past tiers for Hollywood Studios, but hey what're you going to do. Lol

    I love your videos!!!! I agree with you completely! We just got back from our wdw vacation and we really didn't have super long wait times. Even on the attractions that said 60 minute wait we went through quickly and never waited more than 30 minutes. Thanks for the videos they helped so much with our trip!

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety

      Yay, thank you! Yes, a lot of the time the lines go quicker, but not all of the time! It's better to prepare yourself for long waits and then be pleasantly surprised :)

    I once accidentally waited 4hrs for Big Thunder Mountain at Disneyland Paris. I got in the line at 2hrs but it kept breaking down and it was so busy we literally couldn’t get back out the line to leave. We just had to stick it out and ride the attraction. My usual limit is 40mins depending on the attraction and how busy the park is.

    I'm so jealous of how many times you get to go to Disney. My family used to go all the time when I was younger but we've kinda taken a hiatus once the Magic Bands were introduced. We are a family of 5 and we always stay off property because we've always fit into our timeshare rooms better then the Disney hotels. My dad always strategically got our paper unlimited amount of fastpasses and we rarely ever waited in lines so now we haven't gone recently because 1) it's gotten more expensive and 2) we'll never have the same kind of experience with these limited amount of fastpasses. But as always thanks for these amazing tips, I love learning all I can!

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety

      Yes, things have definitely changed over the years at WDW, but I think if you do your research, you can get in a lot even without a lot of fastpasses!

    Hey Miranda! I think it depends on the ride, I am a Disneyland assholder here is CA and yesterday the wait time for the new guardians of the galaxy attraction said "300" minutes. I am pregnant and can't go on anyway but that was insane to me ESPECIALLY since the wait looked longer than that for sure! Of course the fast passes were all out and people were actually waiting in line for that! I think 45-1hr is my top, if it's space mountain or Peter Pan

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety

      Yeah, I couldn't believe everyone waiting for that long! Especially since a lot of them were locals and could wait until the hype died down, haha.

    I'm going to WDW for the first time with my wife in two weeks. One of our 3 Fast passes for Epcot is "Living a the Land". I feel bad wasting it now if it's not that long of a wait or worth it. Lol

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety

      What are your other FP for? It may be worth it -- Epcot is another one where their tiered FP system isn't the best.

    I'm a very impatient person and I rarely wait more than 30 minutes for something unless I really want to ride it! I waited an hour and a half for Jungle Cruise once and I was so crabby after that 😂. I really don't think I waited more than 20 minutes for anything on my last trip. We got fast passes for as much as we could and didn't ride any other big rides.

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety

      I think I waited that long for Jingle Cruise (the holiday overlay), which is one of my favs. But that was longggg and that queue is HOT.

    I had a question. I saw the parade route for the 2pm parade in magic kingdom. Does it start in Main Street or end in Main Street?

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety +1

      Jody and Matt It starts in Frontierland near Splash Mountain and makes its way down Main Street, goes around Town Square and exits next to the Fire Station

    Just so you guys know, the Enchanted Tiki Room and Country Bear Jamboree use animatronics. They are extremely creepy. I would not suggest going to these. But the Carousel of Progress and the People Mover is very fun and interesting!

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety +1

      Cici Marsh yes, most attractions have animatronics incorporated

    is Adventures Outpost worth a fastpass? Thank you so much in advance

    • @TheMagicalMiranda
      @TheMagicalMiranda  Před 7 lety

      That depends on the group you are going with. If your party is all proper height, my recommendations for FP+ would be Flight of Passage, Kilimanjaro Safaris and Expedition Everest. If they are not of height for those two larger attractions, I would say your FP+ should be N'avi River Journey, Kilimanjaro Safaris and one other (either Festival of the Lion King/Finding Nemo the Musical or Adventurers Outpost - depending if they want a meet and greet or a show)
