  • Staying CONSISTENTLY productive is tough! We were inspired by Atomic Habits' author, James Clear, who prefers creating impactful systems instead of being fixated on specific goals. Here's our healthy habits system that we use everyday to make small steps towards an overall productive lifestyle.
    If you're low on time, here's the rundown:
    3 step Morning Routine: Wake up and physically get out of bed on first alarm / Drink one bottle of water and stretch / Put on sunscreen.
    2 Minute Rule: If a task can be done in two minutes, DO IT!
    1 Night-Time step: Write your work/social/personal goals for the next day to avoid decision fatigue.
    We’ll be diving deep into how these habits have become a system to improve our productivity and how they can be tailored to help you too!
