Delivery Room Management for Small Babies

This is not intended as a comprehensive overview of delivery room management. This is our current practice as of January 2019 for extremely low birthweight babies and highlights some key points for multidisciplinary staff to focus on in early care of these small babies. Practice is always changing as new information becomes available and our practice and guidelines continues to evolve as well. This video does not constitute medical recommendations or advice. Other approaches can be equally effective and evidence-based.
