Sometimes joining a gym or a walking group would help the isolation. There used to be web site Meet Up that had many options for different towns. Any group activity could help with networking or volunteer work. How about a hospital I was shocked at how many volunteers are needed in all areas.

Yes this!!! I feel like a lot of my friends feel the same way, once you are really into a routine sometimes it’s hard to deviate from it and incorporate new things into your day! Especially when your routine keeps you organized in terms of work etc! This is something I think about a lot as an introverted person ahaha

I think my sister was right post graduate life is boring lol. And you said too. You should recycle clothes for H&M they any clothes plants, sweaters, and shirts. You get %15 off. I been doing that rather donating my clothes. They accept old clothes too. They changed your clothes to new clothes.
