I know I’d love to hear more about your training, gym work, both golf specific and strength. How you incorporate it to your weekly routine, training/practice, what do you do for recoveryetc.. Some specific exercises you believe are paramount to your stability especially with the speed you swing. How to fit it all together- effectively and efficiently .. also I’ve never seen part 2 of your putting series, I can only find a part 1 but states 1of3 I believe.. thanks man, keep it up!
