- Tribute to Jimmy Katumba with The Ebonies
Performed by late Stella Nanteza, this track pays homage to the iconic Ugandan music group "Jimmy Katumba with the Ebonies" from the 1970s to the 1990s. George Williamz, the producer, recorded Stella on this tribute in Boston USA and finished the track in the UK. It's worth noting that Stella was not only a performer but also the former wife of the late Jimmy Katumba, the band's leader and primary vocalist, who was affectionately known as the "African Jim Reeves" due to his captivating deep singing voice.
This track is part of George's 2010 album release, "Absolute Fusion," which comprises fifteen original songs. In this album, George seamlessly blends his high-energy multi-instrumental skills, melodious vocals, and heartfelt lyrics to create a truly unique musical experience.
