Programme notes:
The Other Me takes its inspiration from dissociative identity disorder, which means that a person has two or more personalities residing, with each having unique names, characters and memories. In this piece, a unique system is set up that the performance order of different parts of the music can be shuffled, such that each performance would sound quite different from one another. This signifies the unpredictability and uncontrollability of people who have dissociative identity disorder. On the other hand, the piece is meant to be extremely contrasting within itself, with each section having its unique character. This is to depict how wildly different the different personalities of a person who has dissociative identity disorder could be.

I understand this is a super dynamic performance, but to better translate that, try bringing the condenser mic much closer to the source and control the louder parts with a compressor.
