What helped me control hair loss was adopting a few simple habits. Firstly, I started drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach every morning. Additionally, I applied a mixture of curd from the market and half a lemon juice to my hair once a week in the morning. I also stopped applying oil to my hair during the day to avoid attracting pollution and dust. Another helpful practice was doing a nail rubbing exercise called ballayam to encourage hair growth. Lastly, I switched from using chemical-based hair products with harmful ingredients to using Littlextra Coconion natural hair oil and shampoo. These changes helped me control hair fall and improve the thickness of my hair.

What help me to control hair loss was adopting a few simple. Firstly I started drinking two glass of water on an empty stomach every morning and do yoga for hair growth and eat 4 almonds everyday. Then I always wash my hair twice a week by using the rice water to clean the hair after shampoo. Then I also do the yogasan call Bayalam at least four to five times in a day. I avoid oiling my hair in daytime to prevent dust. Then I always comb my hairs for 7 to 5 times a day. And keeping patients for growing my hairs and avoid stress do not cause hair loss. Then I applied the curd from market and add half lemon juice to my hairs and it gives me soft silky hair. Then I change my mama Earth onion shampoo and conditioner to Medicare chemical free shampoo and conditioner. This remedy also gives me nice results

Actually main bhi bahut jyada pareshan hoon ki mere baal bhad hi nahi rahe hai, aap ek kaam karo plz mujhe timetable bata do isse use karne ka kyonki mujhe thoda kam samajh mein aaya.
Toh hamne for example ki kal isko lagaya toh usske baad gam kabhi hair wash kar sakte hai? Aur uske baad tel toh lagayenge na?
Matlab week only chaar din jaise ki aapne vola, aur zarori toh nahi hai na didi ki matlab ham saath din mein kabhi bhi use kar sakte hai. Kyonki main week only Wednesday and saturday hair wash karti hoon.
Toh matlab main ek kaam karoongi, main na every monday aur every Thursday isse laga liya karoongi taaki main fir wednesday and saturday apne baal dho paoon. 😁😃😊
Aur lekin iske saath proper food bhi jaroori hai 😅😅😅
