S-Tier is for units that over powered or really strong, but conterable. E-miner is in C tier because he is a Light unit and this meta does extra damage to light units.
@@First_Napkins E miner and normal miner have the same stats besides the health. The only buff the e miner has is it ability to passive heal and be cure poision. But since the e miner is light and is has less health, it gets destroyed by archers and speartons etc.
I think you should put shadowrath to B tier and vault of prudence to A tier. Shadowrath have a good dps and despite vault of prudence got nerf, it is still important when it reach late game. Thats all I got for now.
Vault of Prudence is not very useful anymore. Sure, it gives you infinite gold, but for the cost of a slot and a mythic, it is not that useful. Shadowrath and swordwrath are in C tier because they suck in most decks. Shadowrath don't have enough health, and swordwrath suck against swarms.

@@CivilBreak dmg is only a part of the important of a unit, like if a unit that fast but deal weak dmg but good when grouped is still count as b tier
