The best Beef & Rice Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

Majkl show us in this video how to make cabbage rolls. Majkl loves this recipe because of the health benefits that come with the cabbage. It is cheap, and full of vitamins.
Ingredients for 4 people:
1 to 1,5 kg cabbage (you will need the outer leaves)
500 g lean ground beef
250 g rice (basmati for example)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
4 spoons of sunflower oil
for the gravy:
6 cloves of garlic
4 tablespoons of tomato puré
For seasoning:
Maggi or soya sauce
a bit of lemon juice
