It would be strange if it didn't hurt, I'm glad you are capable of feeling this emotion. And one day soon you will look back and be happy for everything you learned, Don't try and push pain away. Embrace it, comfort it. Forgive and bless, forgive yourself. Be kind and be happy about life, its about you and what you can give, so give your best. Don't be afraid or worried. Life is a journey and a school, don't think so much about what you learned or what's the meaning, it will reveal what things are about. Just stay true to yourself and treat yourself with love and self respect.

So the thing is, I feel so lonely and unlucky. I don't feel smart enough or pretty enough, however, I know that these thoughts are not true yet I can't help it but think this way most of the time. Why can't I just try to do something about my situation? Well because I will find an excuse to prove that I'm not good enough. I swear sometimes I just fell like I am my biggest enemy. I have no idea where to find the willpower to get rid of this toxic thoughts
