- The 10th concert of Chor Meise named as "Choeurs sans Frontières" was opend on 7th September, 2013 at Hyogo Performing Arts Center, Japan. "Sunrise Mass" for choir and string orchestra composed by Ola Gjeilo was performed with Ensemble Musica Anima under directing by Katsuhiko Maehara.

Wow! The cleanest version of sunrise mass! Brilliant!
Thank you, this is by my humble opinion one of the purest renderings of Sunrise Mass! Very enjoyable! On special remark, it is astoundingly commendable that entire world's classical music circles have taken up creations of this extraordinarily talented, young but one of the most remarkable composer of our times and with such meticulous aspiration and enchantment! I think less is more here as it represents the composer himself and his creations - humble but enormously empowering! Bowing from Ireland! Arigato!

I played this last week in Concord MA, Nov 21. I can picture the page in thd City difficult part I practiced it soooo much yet I think I bungled it a bit at the concert. These people did not. Bravo.
It's a complicated piece, I sang it a few months ago as bass and it was very exhausting, but it was 100% worth it.
