The bad future timeline of the character singlehandedly turned the whole world into a dystopian nightmare so he clearly lives up to the dangerous lifestyle he swears by.
The superhero with a child's desire for attention - but that's why we love him! Not to mention all those truly innovative gadgets he created! LET'S GET DANGEROUS! And it also helps that JIM CUMMINGS, one of the most diverse voice actors on the planet, provides the iconic voice!
I enjoyed watching Darkwing Duck when I was growing up. To me he is similar like good old Batman 🦇 himself. When Batman says "I am vengeance, I am the knight, I am Batman; well Darkwing Duck says "I am the terror that flaps in the night; I am Darkwing Duck". To me Darkwing Duck is just like Batman.
I do love that the one that was used had a lot of stuff for you to get excited about but I absolutely prefer this one, it just gets the style of the show across so well

I watched with my dad when I was little and as a gift last year I’ve got a one of one dark wing duck drawing and sketch both signed and personalized to me in a special from by tad stone himself I will treasure it forever it’s meant a lot I’m not a big autograph guy but how can I not absolutely love it

It's kinda depressing that this scene, along with many others, have been edited out of this entire pilot once it aired as a two part episode of the series proper because this scene alone is FANTASTIC, and it should've been kept in. Yes, I understand that both animation teams in Australia, and Japan made it too long for it to air as a two parter, and they needed to make room for commercial in rerunss, but it's still REALLY sad that this scene alone wasn't kept in. When 'DuckTales', and 'Rescue Rangers' has they're two hour specials split into 5 part episodes, they had extra scenes that were edited to fit a two hour time slot. Which was a real treat for those who saw them in their movie length form. This also goes as far back as 'The Secret Of The Sword' where the movie was 87 minutes long, but the five part episode version had additional scenes that were added in.
The first episode, (Split in two later), had scenes that later never appear. I did had the copy, then watch the DVD versions, and boy... I want Darkly Dawns the duck COMPLETE!

Darkwing Duck is the one superhero who could have a legitimate argument with Edna Mode on that issue, between all the times DW successfully uses his cape as a practical utility tool and DW's very durable body (even for the semi-realistic level of injuries and death on the show) that can survive even the occasional accident it causes.
Is that so Poever well somewhere any production company could have the best animators though it's hard to compete with the top animation companies even the distribution labels and how they've changed a lot overtime especially when it all started as Walt Disney Home Video then came Disney Videos and then Walt Disney Home Entertainment that followed with Disney DVD and Disney Blu-Ray and now Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment

This isn't really an intro(besides Darkwing introducing us to St. Canard.) , it's just the theme song playing over the opening scene.

Z'Arc I met jim Cummings and Jess harnell in comic con in Boston 2017 it was great for me but hoping to see them both again someday

I think it was StarToons, wasn’t it? Cause they worked on this show too.
But yeah, they really did good in terms of their direct-to-video work compared to studios like Toon-City.
Poever Growing up on Disney cartoons, this was always my favorite animation style or team.
Is that so Poever well somewhere any production company could have the best animators though it's hard to compete with the top animation companies even the distribution labels and how they've changed a lot overtime especially when it all started as Walt Disney Home Video then came Disney Videos and then Walt Disney Home Entertainment that followed with Disney DVD and Disney Blu-Ray and now Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment
