Funny i was at the dentists today and when it came to the price I did the sound Matt makes and the receptionist lady laughed and said Matts RV's reviews!!!!
NO WAY!!!!!!! That is not true! Are you for real????
@@MattsRVReviews Most likely, yes
Seriously?!!! Wow!
Love these smaller class c's. So many folks here will think this size has no purpose, but they'd be wrong. Just like Matt says, in so many ways, better than a class b. Yes, the b is popular right now and they look so fancy. A class c looks more,.....well,....you know. But way more bang for your buck. A small family with children on a limited budget could see the USA on the cheap with one of these better than a class b in our opinion. For one thing - more sleeping options. And the price.
Likes; cabinets, color choices etc. Bathroom design A+. Big awning+. Price +++. Dislikes; no convection microwave without a real oven. No cameras in the mirrors. Those are a need-to-have these days, (a lot of crazy drivers on the road, lol),.
That's it. Thanks guys. Much appreciated. Cheers!
Matt and Andrea! Your positive energy is exactly the attitude needed to get people out in an RV and start having adventures! Love the videos!
Please show how well the smaller motorhomes “fit” in standard parking spaces.
I second this! This would be very helpful to see!
You need to be careful of heatstroke - drink lots of water! Turn the air on in the rv’s. Be safe!
Agreed! Nice cold water can be such a relief and bring body temperature down so well. Living in Orlando and spending many days walking around theme parks, I bring a filter bottle, and just add free ice from restaurants in the theme parks. Eventually it melts, but it stays nice and cold the entire time.
@@BradWilson1969 Chinese people don't drink anything cold. Follow them. They live longest.
That's excellent news!
Short people aren't allowed to camp!
My wife is 4'11"! I'll be going by myself!
Things are looking better everyday ❤️
😂🤣😂🤣
I've been saving for my Winnebago dream just like this. Soooo want 1 without a slide
I agree. Would have preferred a full bed giving access to closet/drawers.
Yes! On the no slide.
Agree on the slides...just something else to have trouble with. I would be fine with a extra long twin. It's just me so don't need a bigger bed. Rather have more storage and room to walk around in bedroom.
I've found my major problem with slides is when it has rained while the slide is positioned out. Then if U want to "pack it up" the standing water on roof of slide portion is "slid" into the RV & runs all over. I had a salesman tell me that this scenario does not occur. However, when I test drive any vehicle, I always go thru the nearest car wash. U'd be amazed what 4 quarters can save U down the road (pun intended haha). I did test the slide at a car wash & water was left on top. Also, on 1 test drive the pressured spray leaked into the RV around the slide. Just word of warning for used RV & seals around slide unit.
22E has no slide. I think.
The 3 things I don't like:
1. no convection microwave
2. the height of the freezer
3. the slide out button placement
The 3 things I do like:
1. the DIY
2. the bathroom
3. I'm going to combo the rear bumper and the ladder
👍👍
you are camping why do you need a convection microwave
Great review, except you forgot to point out the storage below the dinette seats and also the compartment at the foot of the bunk below the TV. There is a nice, but shallow compartment that magazines and even a small DVD player can fit in there. I just bought a 2019 used 22C which was a previous rental from Apollo RV for $41,000 with 38k miles. 3 things I don't like about that 2020 model. 1. The towel rack around the cooktop area is a fire waiting to happen. 2. No exhaust fan above the cooktop. 3. No backsplash behind the cooktop, (ours has one) but no towel rack which is safer, the 2019 model has a towel bar below the cooktop. 3 things we like. 1. The slide to be able to walk around the bed instead of sliding in an out of the bed. 2. Solar prep (ours is not). 3. Nice bathroom.
Feel better soon Matt! Love the bright interior. Love the bathroom, love the slide topper. Dislike the dinette. Would prefer a couch. Dislike that there isn't a stove. Dislike the ground right under the propane tank. Would like there to be protection of sorts under the propane tank. Really like this RV.
Nice class c motor home. I think that I could put a plastic, hard rubber stool in the shower chair easy. Thanks again from a disabled senior from Nebraska.
Good review.
Things I don't like about the Outlook 22C-
1. Compressor refrigerator. 2-way (electric/ propane) refrigerators are better for boondocking, LP gas is your friend if you don't want to run down your battery's fast.
2. Rubber roof, too much maintenance. Winnebago Minnie Winnie/ Spirit models have a fiberglass roof.
3. DIY look, I guess it's ready for paint. I still like the look of wood and factory finished valances.
Things I like about the Outlook 22C-
1. It has a double sink in the kitchen, you mostly see single sinks in RV's that size.
2. The queen walk-around bed looks very comfortable, although not real convenient w/ the slide and mattress folding for lot docking or quick roadside naps.
3. Food Pantry, hydraulic lifters on upper cabinet doors, leg room in front of toilet.
I love this guy's personality! I bet he's just a good guy all the way around.
You've got me saying "here we go now" at least twice a day.
I thought I was the only one lmao
😂
funny!!! 😇
I do too!
I agree on the bathroom! Great size for the rv size!! Big gal needs room in the resting room!!!
neat small motorhome..well thought..bathroom alot larger than i expected.Thank ya'll
I agree the size and the "DIY" look is a great combo. It is a great rig for a single person, a couple or a couple and a child or two. Combined with the price I think it is a great deal.
👍
Likes price , storage, kitchen dislikes bed , not much sitting area, toilet. I enjoy watching you two, today you were funny for the bathroom test. keep up the great work. 😁
I like the Ford based class C motorhomes. I like the large dinette. I like the large fridge. Its a good size shower too.
Nice motorhome! I love the size - easier to go to more places; I LOVE the bathroom! That is one, fine bathroom! I like the kitchen overall, ...but dislike the placement of the refrigerator - kids can't get things out at that height; dislike that there is no oven - would rather have an oven than all the TVs all over the place. Also no pull out racks for pantry - have to dig things out.
I really Love the smaller class C's You really seem get the most Bang for my Buck !
Have a look at a Thor Axis. But yes this one is great.
@@jamesb.492 Big difference in quality between a Thor and a Winnebago though.
3 things I like
1) It's not a Class B
2)It doesn't have a wet bath. Very spacious bathroom
3) great price
3 dislikes
1) don't like the way the matress folds (I get it) Have they ever tried a Murphy bed like the do in some small Travel Trailers? I guess you would lose storage under the bed.
2) needs a convection oven
3) wood paneling a little too dark for me
I hope you are feeling better!
Thanks Brian😊
Love the size and length of this one! Thanks for featuring a smaller rig.
Likes: lots of storage in kitchen, two separate sleeping areas, compact size of the rig = easy to park and drive.
Dislikes: would prefer a couch/table vs. a dinette, bed can't be used with slides closed, and argh with the dark wood again - I'm so over it. 🙄
Likes:
Neutral look
Pretty good storage in a small motorhome
Bathroom size
Dislikes:
The dinette could be at least a U-shaped with footrests for making seating more comfortable
No oven or convection microwave
No countertop extension
Thank you both for your efforts and get well soon, Matt.
Thanks so much!!
It's a simple nice little camper for the price , bathroom is OK, nice little kitchen, it's a great starter... I couldn't see if there was another window on the right side of the head board for a cross breeze., you guys again a great video as always...
Thanks Chuck👍
You two are quite a pair. More information than I've ever had on RVs. Been looking for quite a while and you guys have narrowed it down for me just want to say thanks
Thanks so much Cody😊
I want this one. Love your Class C reviews. For this one I Love: 1. The size. 2. The dinette storage with the outside door (great for cat's litter box) 3. Sink cabinet is big enough for a trash can. Don't like: 1. No oven or convection microwave 2. Plastic throne. 3. Fridge height.
👍👍
Sorry you are not feeling well. Hope you get better soon!
Likes: love the room around the toilet! Like the amount of storage underneath. Like the cargo capacity.
Dislikes: I am not a fan of the blinds. Wish the shower had a door that would open away from the toilet to preserve the three P’s. I wish it was built for shorter people. Both the slideout button and fridge would require a stepstool for me.
Thanks Barbara😊
I love that it's a FORD , love the color of cabinets, perfect size for me .
👍👍
I just love the basement storage space.
Oooo, love that sink! It’s a nice size, already prepped for solar. I would probably bull out the dinette and replace it with a pair of recliners. Most people I know would rather sleep on a recliner than a dinette bed. But that’s my only dislike. But I usually don’t like dinettes.
Hi Matt, corona has been showing up as an intestinal bug, so call your Dr and have a specimen tested. You don't want to give something to your family. Feel better and give Andrea my love. I'm really loving what Winabego has been doing in their motor homes, across the boards!
Likes:
1. It's a great size for a single person, a couple, or a couple with a child or two.
2. It isn't overly complicated with gadgets that I would probably never use
3. It comes prepped for additional options
Dislikes:
1. I'm not a big fan of slides.
2. I would prefer to have a vent fan (but that's easily fixed)
3. The dinette seems like it could be a bit cramped
I LOVE that Class C. Only dislike it doesn’t have a 2 way fridge. For me that would be a deal breaker. Great vid. Thanks!!!
Thanks for watching Mark👍
I like your no-games price disclosure. This is a great little rig.
👍👍
Three things I like are the bigger bathroom, refrigerator, and rack next to stove for hanging utensils.
The force is strong with you it is...
Love the video Matt. Thanks for making it. Hope you feel better. Love the bathroom. Not the toilet though. All in all, a good little RV. Don’t feel like you have to respond to my comments. While appreciated, I know you are very busy. You have the same kind of work ethic I was brought up with.
This with a windshield and oven would be dreamy 🤩 oh and light color cabinets 😍
You're right ! Originally thought that inside of rv would not be that great due to size. Very surprised how good it is. Bummer no oven.
For the size I think Winnebego made good use of the available space. I've seen much larger RVs with less useful layouts. I agree with Matt that the size of the bathroom makes up for a host of other shortcomings when you are Sasquatch sized, like me. Simple details like the placement of the TP hanger make a big deal in a limited space commode. I like the window at the head of the bed on the side of the bedroom slide-out, and agree that if you have to have a fold in the bed that placing it at the foot of the bed is the best compromise. On the dislike side of the equation, number one on my list is the cabinetry; the cabinets themselves are fine, and I have to take it on faith that they are well made, but the woodgrain is far too prominent and too busy for my taste. Better for me if they were more neutral in finish to blend in with what is otherwise an understated interior (and no I don't mean bland). I didn't notice whether there was a computer tray on the passenger side dash. If not, that's unfortunate. Finally I could imagine the dinette being a bit cramped, but again I'm at the large end of the people spectrum and the RV is at the small end, so take that for what it's worth. Your mileage may, and probably will vary.
Thanks for sharing your feedback Craig👍👍
As a fellow squatch i agree. Also you get the award for the biggest comment I have seen,
Hey Matt and Andrea!!! It's small covers it all but I have a bonus... I don't think I would be able to reach the toilet paper. I am short and so are my arms. Love the review. It's nice that you show something for all types and sizes for future RVers!
Wow! This is what I want.. well the 22E so no slides... will have to keep my eyes open for one for sale!!! Perfect.
Perfect size! You even can get out of the bed easily. I’m really interested in this style for our travels in the winter months.
I love the PRIME PET POOPIN’ POSITION!! That interior-to-exterior storage area would be a perfect cat box area. Thumbs up for all the poopin’ possibilites going on!
Im a first time shopper, and this seems great for our needs.
We just got a 2020 used one in :) with only 3000 miles Call me if interested
@@MattsRVReviews is it on your site? Or sold? I'm looking too!
Love this motorhome! Just not with a slide. I like the frog and height. Yes I'm short, but love the no bend height of frig section. After all you don't go into the freezer all that much. Thanks for the reviews ♥️🐾🐾🐾🐾
#1 It would be better to have a sofa or theater seats instead of the dinette. Put a portable folding table for eating. #2 Counter space could be better with a pop up extension. And stove top should have a solid cover for counter space and back splash. #3 Bedroom TV placement should be directly across from the bed, not in the corner. My likes, #1 Overall bathroom. #2 I like the kitchen sink. #3 Full length awning.
Thanks for commenting and watching 👍
@@MattsRVReviews I may be coming back from Peru sooner than I thought. I've got a wedding in December in Cocoa Beach. That may be when I'm ready.
The one thing I don’t like about all the RVs is that they don’t come with Matt, Andrea and Una!
My daughter and I look forward to you reviews, wish you did them everyday!
I like the size better than rv b
Like colors
Like the double sink
I don't have anything don't like.
It's a very cute unit.
Love it.
Like that you showed it with the slide in. 😃
3 Things I like:
1. Bathroom size and layout
2. Three sleeping arrangements
3. Azdell and other Winnebago quality finishes
Three thing I dislike:
1. No convection oven
2. Hand flush toilet
3. White underside of the awning.
I can't tell you how much more comfortable you make me, as a newby. Thanks a bunch for what you do. It Matters Matt!
Hi Matt and Andrea! ❤ Small is what I need!! I love this Winnebago!!!
It's nice, I like just about everything, only for my husband and I, being 64, I wish there wasn't a dinette, but had the 2 holes where you could assemble the table...and in the dinettes place put 2 recliner's. We're old and need to put our feet up and relax while watching the TV. I don't like the shower curtain, plastic commode and the height of the freezer, (I'm not very tall and use a cane to balance myself). But I really like everything else, very nice. If only those 4 things were different.🤔
Love the sink, Dont like stainless steel sinks, they stain, and are hard to keep clean..Love this unit,.
dont like flip up bed,.but all in all nice RV!! Happy Trails!!
Thanks for sharing your feedback 👍👍
👍 Smashy! Hmmm, child/Matt-proof slide-out location (almost as bad as putting the awning switch in the master bath). L: cute size, for a single full-time RVer; nice walkability to the bathroom; nice cockpit (as I recall you like the 350 over the 450). D: although I can see with the price point, still not a fan of the exposed water fill points; nice bathroom, can the potty be upgraded?; hmm you've turned a negative into a positive with the location of the fold position on the bed. Maybe too many days working in the scorching sun have finally caught up to you. Stay safe, find AC where you can. 😷😷😷😷
Great RV. I like everything about it except the height of the freezer. My wife is 5'4" also
I love this guy’s energy
Yes! the bathroom is awesome. Looks spacious for a small motor home and everything seems to be positioned right, Matt. Great observation.
👍😁
I like that a small 22' motorhome has ducted a/c. I also like Winnebago putting the new 12 volt compressor fridge/ freezer in. I like the pre installed solar controler in the kitchen. I dislike no small window in the bathroom. I dislike a shower curtain over a sliding plastic door. I dislike no power heated mirrors on the Ford cab.
I really enjoy watching you two review all the different motor homes/ campers. Here we go now- 3 likes, how it is dyi, great bathroom, easily driveable.
3 dislikes, inside steps ( I would prefer outside sturdy steps!!! The trip & fall factor is real!) Not a u-shaped seating area ( a smaller table top would be fine), and a small outdoor kitchen would be fantastic (it could be a slide out also). Hope you feel better Matt. Pat Bagley WI.
Love the accessibility to water pump, bathroom layout and neutral colors, Surprised about the storage under the Dinette to outside storage.
HATE the clash of the finish of the floor and cabinetry (Looks like they put in whatever was left over) and this is supposed to be DIY on colors. Although the plastic toilet it’s placement is fabulous and can easily be changed to compost toilet.
Hope you feel better soon, Matt! Now on to my likes/dislikes:
LIKE: The bathroom (round of applause to Winnebago on the design)
LIKE: The color scheme of the interiors
LIKE: The double sink
DISLIKE: The slide out.
DISLIKE: The slide out buttons being too high like the fridge
DISLIKE: Dinette looked a bit cramped - would prefer a couch.
Mix this with the Coachmen 20XG and make it fully electric with Lithium Batteries and you'd have a winning motorhome!
Thanks😊👍
I hope you feel better matt... great video. This would be perfect for the single/couple...maybe a traveling grandparent who has an occasional guest. Likes: solar hook up, bathroom space, decent storage inside. Dislikes: flip bed, i would personally rather have a couch with flip out table than a dinette, colors are still a bit dark for me but they are working on it.
Thanks Jessie😊
Nice little camper! Get well Matt! Thsnks
Thanks so much Cathy😊👍
I love this RV! Just the right size for me!!! Yay!!!
I love it all! Send it my way!
I really like this motor home and at this price point. My wife and I are nearing retirement and are looking for a class b, however you are right Matt this could be a nice alternative. Thank you for the excellent review!
My favorite youtube team.. keep the vids coming matt! Great job
Thanks Markus😊
I second that!
Like Winnebago and Ford. Good size. Decent price. No so many windows, looks dark in there. Too bad my wife has to have an oven! Thanks for the video.
Hope you're feeling better. Like the bathroom, hate the frig, dislike the seating. dislike where the tv is.
My girlfriend is 5'2" maybe but the freezer is perfect for me 😁. A queen size bed is not 75 inches long which is shorter than I am. As always a great review. I just got a 2021 E350 with the 7.3 motor. The power is amazing but not so much the fuel economy.
For a single traveler...this RV is perfect. I love it. Great review Matt!!!
I do love the bathroom and the size of the unit.
I like the compact length, the beautiful window/dinette, and the overhead bunk allowing for sleep even in places where the slide is not out.
Sales of RV's are way up because of C infections, people just want to get out of the house. Like this size. Slide out button to high for short people, great size. Do not like location of tv, price of unit like the price of a car!
I like this RV. Simple but has what you need, except for the oven. Waawa.
👍👍
Great little motor home, though the Winnebago View with the couch/murphy bed option is a much better layout and worth the extra money. They redesigned it recently and fixed most of the problems that you had in your 2019 review.
👍
Matt good job on noticing the bed bending spot. Take care of yourself. Seriously if it’s the heat, come to the Chattanooga area
Love the fridge bathroom but hate slide outs but would buy it
Oh Matt, AMAZING Everything, Especially the price, and large bath! Wonder can I get it in a lighter interior, get an oven, and maybe an extender kitchen counter too? It's cute and I like that I can park in standard parking- the icing on the cake! It's 2022, just seeing this Am In Love, do they still make them- and the price? Think as a 70 y.o., I can handle the 24 ft size! ♥️ that it's Winnebago, U KNOW it's Well Built! Thanks Matt and Andrea! 👍😊✌️
You're an amusing guy. I love your videos. I wish I could buy one from you.
I just want to congratulate the both of you on the launch of your awesome new CZcams channel; Andrea’s RV Reviews😂😂😂
Always enjoy watching Matt's reviews. It would be nice to have test drive review and to have information about any latest driver assistance technology.
Love this model Matt. We enjoyed watching all your videos be safe.
Thanks Kathy👍
I normally wouldn't look at a rig with slides, but this one seems to be well done. Since you can't use the bed in a parking lot overnight, swapping the dinette for a couch would make sense as an option. I know you can make the dinette into a bed and the dinette is also seating for kids under way, but for an older single, or couple a second version where the dinette is replaced by a couch with small swing arm tables would be a super easy way to appeal to another demographic.
I liked the large storage under the bed, but with the slide out, it might be a painful head bump getting in there. I wonder if turning the bed and getting rid of the slide and the wardrobe would be a third floor plan option. That would put both storage compartments under the bed.
I also wonder if they offer a generator delete option to save weight and money. I would rather fill that compartment with batteries and solar which would end up costing more, but be much less noisy.
As it is, I really like this Outlook, but the Coachmen Crosstrek 20XG is probably closer to what I want. Plus I feel like the Transit will do better on gas mileage since I don't really need to tow much.
My Man Matt, bringing the "ART DECO!!!!" right at the end. Oh Yeah!
Another great RV review by the best RV review team. Matt and Andrea rock it every time. ❤🤗👏😍🤩🥓🐶
Thanks Scott😊👍
I love your videos! My daughter laughs at you. 3 things like: The double sink, big bathroom seatbelts by the dinette. 3 things dont like: Gas tank fill is NOT behind locked door, the bunk above didnt look secure, no side cameras.
I like this one Matt and it’s the right size too. Andrea is correct, not enough storage. Keep cool guys. Cheers!!!
👍👍
Hope you feel better soon Matt❤
I definitely agree on the bed fold lol I don't like no oven or the height of the fridge
I love the bathroom for sure
Get to feeling better! I think it's a nicely laid out smaller Class C.
Thanks Marcia😊
Wow what a machine, like a house.
First off.... Matt--- I hope you are feeling better by now!!!! 3 things I like.... the bathroom looks good, I like the carrying capacity of the overhead bunk and the deep sink...... Only 3 things I don't like..... soooooooo many!!! #1 What was that horrible sound the slideout was making!!!?? I did not like the dinnett - for your only seating option, at least make it a U shape with an adjustable table!!!! and 3, the folding bed with a super small walk-around it! Thank you!!
Hope you’re all good now Matt and don’t give it to Andrea. I like the wood against the neutral walls.Good cabinet space. That one lower cabinet that also goes to the outside would be good for cat litter box. Take cabinet door off and save it but put on a stationary wood piece with cutout for kitty. Then go outside to clean the box leaving the smell outside and not dragging it thru the RV! I don’t mind the refrigerator but I am taller. One more like...the prep for solar! Dislikes...would like a sofa with two pop-up tables for computers. Face it, it’s a couples coach. Thanks for the video, you two are so cute!
Now this might be the one something about getting Winnebago is really appealing bathroom is an excellent size and the price is fantastic
Three things i like about the new motor home is the queen bed the size of of the motorhome not hard to drive theres some where. Nice to chill on the living room and price
Fantastic video!
Cool motor home
