I'm sorry but there is no way Loh kean yew is better at smashing than Lee Zii Jia, smashing is more about consistency. Lee Zii has way more 400+ km/h smashes than Loh Kean Yew and that's a fact.

To be a complete player smash isn't the most important . Look at Lzj and Lky consistency. I prefer players like Lin Dan and Lcw . They are both good because Lin Dan depended of skills and power. For Lcw he depends on patience , net play and tricks. Overall when Lin Dan defeated Lcw is because of his mental and power .

I only watched until Shi Yuqi struck Naraoka in the eye (not the first time!). If you have to be cruel and violent to your opponent for your smash to be “successful” then you are playing the wrong sport. That said, I don’t think Yuqi does it intentionally. I think it’s his lack of control and accuracy.
