Check your both SMPS Fan and Processor Cooling Fan, If there is not working properly then CPU getting high temperature this leads arise the above problem
Do you know very well, is that sound from Monitor or CPU? if the sound coming from the monitor that may be a picture tube problem so please consult near by electronic service center

First check your ram , replace and check another working ram, if the problem persist then boot with another one working SMPS
