Would love to see a comparison with Rolls Royce, Bentley and this car.
Most luxurious car on sale today. Bargain at $250k. Literally less than half the price of a Phantom. The Triple F Collection just got their Vergil special edition Maybach 680 and they say it’s the nicest luxury vehicle theyve ever experienced.
And you get LESS than the price of a phantom!
The rear passenger side seat can lay down almost flat i guess I've been trying to find a video that shows it

The bottom line is that if s580 is not good for you, do buy the s680.
Just more profit for the MB.. at the end of the day, you will need to pay another 130k for a driver/bodyguard to enjoy the drive.
Would be silly if you have to self drive it.

Huh. The v12 used to make 738 lb tq but I guessed they reduced it to 664 lb tq - with 1 less mpg than the previous more powerful v12

agreed with the comparison. rolls royce, bentley, and maybach are all on the same level of luxury. it just depends what look you prefer.

Well there's several reasons your comment doesn't ring truth, there's simply no automobile company equivalent to Rolls Royce!
@@MercOne yeah because you know me so well don’t you? I’ve been in all, including a phantom. It’s really all no different. All of them use leather everywhere, it’s very quiet, don’t even notice bumps, etc etc.
@@gregoryingram7561 lol… this maybach is better value being half the price of a rolls Royce while having all the same features and more for again, half the price. If you have the money then get a phantom, but this is just a better car.

I've been fortunate enough to have the opportunity to sit in one of these (last gen) at an autoshow and while stunningly nice, it's not as nice as a Rolls
Sure I didn't drive one, and I'm not saying it's a bad vehicle far from it, but it's not Rolls Royce levels of luxury, especially as personally I don't see it as special as a Roller
In essence it's an S-Class which yes is a very high bar, but with all features avaliable plus some and more leather
You buy a Boxster because you can't afford a 911, you buy a Cadillac because you can't afford a BMW, you buy a Maybach because you can't afford a Rolls
It’s more like Infiniti or Lexus to BMW. Cadillacs, especially the Escalades, are more expensive than it’s bmw counterpart
@@Jimmy-ms4sj more expensive doesn't mean better. I've been in a few Escalades, both at autoshows and in a family friends one, and while it's impressive it still isn't there yet

@@Bobmcjoepants hard to compare it since BMW or MB or Audi don't even have an escalade competitor. They don't have anything that offers a usable 3rd row for adults and functional cargo room with a 3rd row up while also having the durability of a body-on-frame SUV. What they do have is SUVs that are big crossovers essentially and are much easier to transition into than someone going from a normal sedan or crossover into a body-on-frame escalade.
you're paying 500k+ (double the price of this car) for a rolls royce phantom that objectively has the exact same level of luxury and ride quality. Sure the rolls might be a little more quiet or have a little bit better of ride quality, but at the end of the day its not worth the extra 250k

I'm gonna be that person but this car is simply ugly. The wheels are, I really don't have words for them.
I should elaborate, the exterior is ugly. The interior is very well done. Pretty on the inside.

"My-bach", not "May-Back". No this isn't quite a Rolls Royce. A Rolls is superior in presentation and customization. If you think Rolls doesn't offer more I have to ask if you've ever been in a Phantom.

Never like RR I drove new S class from 2023 and rr diffrent expierence and suspension is better in Rolls Royce
