So I purchased Perles De Lalique today, It definately does NOT smell "cheap" to my nose, but fragrances are subjective. What I can say is that to me it leans more masculine than feminine because of the strong (Black Pepper and Patchouli) notes. Possibly thats why you're not loving it? Idk, but it gives me "dapper gentleman" vibes. I really like it, but I definately see how it can be polarizing. Great review

But I'm keeping it because I, too, love Sonia Constant and Quentin Bische, and also sometimes it totally fits the mood. But I'm with you - it's for SURE not my favourite - I dislike pear in fragrance for the most part. Ryan doesn't love it, either. You MUST talk. Don't be so hard on yourself, and I'll try to be less hard on myself. The atomizer is, to my understanding, the 'nozzle' and the 'hose' together. The nozzle that you press down draws the liquid up the 'straw', and the liquid is 'atomoized' or dispersed as it goes through the tiny hole(s). So you're right both times because the whole thing is technically the atomizer, although when people talk about it, they are usually talking about the actual tiny hole(s) in the nozzle) from whence the spray is emitted. That probably doesn't make sense, does it? Sorry! I tried. I only have one Lalique scent (Amethyst), but I think in general they are well loved in the community. I bet I'd dislike the Penhaligons and the Lalique, too. Scent Sisters Unite! xoxox

Right, yay to non-sweet tooth! Not a fan of the regular mon guerlain :( (was bit disappointed) but I definitely try the intense :). It a wonderful fragrance just had higher expectations you know...haha

Im also not into sweet perfume...There are few that I did like. You might want to try Mon guerlain intense edp. You'll probably like it.
