Here's a classic Hmong style stir fry dish that can be seen in most Hmong households. This is one of my dad's favorite pork and greens stir fry. A classic combo that works so well together. I hope you can give this one a try. It's a worthy one. Very simple yet satisfying in flavor.

Another classic! I never really cared for mustard greens as a kid, but now that I'm older, I sometimes find myself craving it from time to time, especially with pork. Thanks for another recipe.

What is zaub paaj called in English? My Hmong is not good enough and my mom's English is also not good enough for us to find it year round where we're from so we want to try asking locally.
