Hi there! My name is Kim. I am a teacher and mom of three, stepmom to one.
For context, I work from home and my kids go to school. We are often busy with activities and not all of the kids are always home for each meal, so even though we have 4 children, you may only see meals for some of them. Real life!

Great ideas for simple meals! I always buy the 1 kg of feta vs smaller packages (unless they are cheaper per 100g) and it lasts a really, really long time in the back of my fridge.

I’ve heard other content creators talk about how savage the TikTok comments sections can be. I don’t understand why people have the need to argue or say unkind things when they can just move on with their lives? 😂 I guess not everyone learned the saying “if you don’t have anything nice to say, don’t say anything at all” 🤦🏻‍♀️. Just keep doing what you’re doing and don’t let the haters get to you. Your content is wonderful and super helpful, and I am here for it! 🙌
