  • Description:
Shout-out to the team for showing me their fabulous township. For appointment arrangements, do reach out to the team directly at:
    Website: bit.ly/ecoworl...
    Phone: bit.ly/3RzEcvU
Again and again, my expectations are exceeded every time I visit their development. This time at Eco Grandeur, I could barely recognise the site as the progress since our last visit has been dramatically fast. Everything is built according to plan, despite the challenges posed by the lockdown.
We are already familiar with their amazing placemaking abilities, themed architecture and handcrafted landscapes, but beyond just buildings, we explored their Sustainable Development Goals initiatives. The team has allocated land and resources to preserve, study and raise awareness about how development can take place sustainably.
For their Garden Homes, there's a debate between quantity versus quality of space. Personally, I enjoy having more daylight and ventilation in the house, along with a private outdoor space for my family.
Meanwhile, this location might not be ideal for those who travel to KL City Centre every day. Although connectivity has drastically improved over the years with new highways, I still think that the distance remains a concern.
Overall, I am a fan of their innovative efforts for landed homes, and this time they have even incorporated the science of sustainability.

To Buy or Not To Buy. Big House vs. Small House.
15 years ago I purchase a big home for my family thinking everyone will need their own space. Now everyone working sibeh far and oversea. The house got echoes. Just to moop floor for 3 stories is a nighmare. Wanted to sell it also susah. Aircon must be very kuat at every corner else no feel. Thats why TNB bill 5k....sometimes la when everyone back home.
Another thing.....big home got big spaces. So apa buat each time shopping? ok i got space for this sh*t. I got space for that sh*t. End up so many sh*t that is unuse occupying spaces just for the sake of occupying spaces.
Now thinking of staying smaller home easy but cannot else all the sh*t dunno where to put. I should have purchase smaller home. No eyeshit clean blind.

I've had that. Solution is to dump the $hit and move to a better location with smaller floor plan. Feels really good to get rid of all the useless belongings. Just control the wife so that she doesn't want to redecorate from scratch and builds up new mountains of garbage.

I wonder how many people live that area and the city is very far to travel down to kl. Imagine the fuel remove subsidy for middle class to upper?

    • @starbuggle
      @starbuggle Před 2 měsíci +8

the point is for more areas outside of KL to be urbanised and developed into cities of their own so people don't always have to travel to KL.

Hi Sean, Perhaps you may have another review of their another project at Eco Sanctuary. Can’t denied that this developer are good in planning the greenery of their project but for the quality of their workmanship is just average and many units are complaining about their rooftop water leaking issue.

Similar marketing from the developer. Nice landscaping & required to be maintained by the township. Created "million ringgit dream house" for your own stay. The location is far away from Kl & damansara area. Spending hours on the traffic, except those WFH who are not required to travel during peak hrs daily.
Think what is suite u best & ur own living priority in different stages & needs. Bfore signing on the paper. 😂
