I also do that, but many of peppers like those specially winter are not spicy at all. Just a little taste of spicy.
Because the peppers are not "that" spicy, just juicy. She should try putting that much Indonesian (or tropical country) peppers lol. It is so spicy.
Those kind of peppers are not spicy at all. But propably for someone who doesn't like spicy it'll taste a bit spicy.

On top of that, your diet is very veggie rich, so it’s not like you’re constantly stuffing yourself with overly unhealthy food. You should add your recipes or how you make the food you eat when you cook. I can sometimes see the ingredients but sometimes I cant. My husband is Korean and I'd really like to make these dishes for him some time. I only know a few korean dishes so I'd like to add some more to my plate!
