    How do you file a complaint and make sure it's heard as a resident, My company we don't have that issue. But I have given my advise about a company that has bad service.

    If a tenant repairs and deducts, is it retaliation to not renew lease and send notice 5 days after they deducted and sent receipts.

    Thank you for the useful information. I have a question: When you hire a lawyer to address a claim and the claim is dismissed. can you charge back the lawyer expenses to the resident?

    My property management has a human rights complaint that I filed every time I went to the police department and filed something against them and then my state alderman as well in my city they came back every time with another ridiculous accusation of things that I was doing that I never did they also misrepresented a reasonable accommodation a year into me living in there of being moved to and unit an end unit became available they never offered it to me and then gave me a 30-day notice and they also misrepresented that unit saying I only could move into a one bedroom and that was a two bedroom unit it was indeed a one bedroom unit and it had nothing to do with my income being that the building is a low income tax credit

    How do I file a gag order or no contact order on basis of emotional mental harassment involving slanders crime accusations and contamination leading to trigger of PTSD and anxiety definition of character and intimidation of client to become even more reclusive and orgarphobic in regards to contamination and crime , this hit s head last week began 2 summers ago and progressively😢 gotten worse with the employee with manipulation from second tenant to staff member causing said staff member to to.ignore give intimidation looks and body gestures and demeanor to the resident informing resident into more active reclusive behavior and agoraphobia and humiliation as well a defimation of character on the grounds of false pretense with the stress if drama humilation and more triggering amd causing flarr ups of at.least 2 of 3 chronic conditions and msy or may of may not have pushed her into Final stage of one which detration .of muscle tendons and tissue. Could cause loss of use of legs n arms shutting organs or brain which also tissue muscle and tendons leading to possible death in said client all being done simply for the other resident to cover her own actions as to save face with the said employer there are many examples of this including ones the employee may of may not know as the most dangerous one was during the so called crime that could of killed her thd client was at home then called other tenant and see call log letting her kno she could not use item.in question it coukd cause her death resident said pls bring it back i do need that client did as requested the resident said idk. Hoe it got in there. In reflection the client believe it was to cover the resident with staff member by fooling her monitoring of said item at first glance until she could set up. Other resident for her own actions. There is much more logged info but few days go by the client was confronted verbally jumped by the resident and staff member infecting humilation slander embarrassment trauma and more this harassment is continuing with intimidation of long periods of time on clients floor ande employer following her from one floor to another under to another residents how ever client inside apt door locked before she got off elevator the employee then went s neighbor under false pretense of doggie treat shr her whistle and say name the other residentos believed yo crush on the cluent tsles him to store often and not sure if he believe she would be there socialising with alcohol beverage and maybe another confrontation t hopeing the client would be near or druken stage to maybe lead to eviction or as to just excuse to come to their floor excuse to come to their floor however either way employee was using another unaware tenant as excuse to ok intimidate. Clients quit drinking 7 years ago and the other tenant confronted the client inquiring if they. were hot item the night of the said incidents question explained y and then said if u really want to know ask him.hes grown ass so it's hard to determine as to weather they wanted know if they were together drinking or just together how ever client was home few doors down it is obvious they were curious if together and or possible cause conflict using another innocent resident to gather and possibly influence confertstion that possible could lead to her and his eviction for soul purpose of finding relation status and causing intimidation humiliation and embarrassment at any another residents cost totally unknowns to him how ever client was home sober but the intimidation was already accomplished, client then started calling for her friend on other floor explaining what has happened and if they ask what exactly was said she want her in middle tell her the truth don't lie don't add or take away and if she wanted to mention a conversation referring to exact.sitation about 18 months ago in and was first time client attempted to stop contact there are many more factors if client heard from beginning to end showing both circumstancel n factual evidence that this was as set up to cover up and protect other tenant in the eyes of the employee and her own actions to save face on herself
