- GOD Be With YOU TILL WE MEET AGAIN - Hymn Tune: GOD BE WITH YOU
" And now, brethren, I commend you to GOD..." ACTS 20:32
This is a beautiful old Hymn. My Grandmothers favorite. She was a Church Organist back in the late 1800's and always played it on the piano at home. It can be sung at a Funeral Service. Some Organist have a tendency to play this moving Hymn too fast - this is the correct tempo.
I am performing this in the original key of B Flat Minor.
Thank you for visiting and for subscribing to my video's for HYMN LOVERS ♥ like YOU !

I apologize for the video not being in wide screen - I am using Movie Maker and have the Project set at Wide Screen, but when I post it is not ? Must be a CZcams thing, they are always changing their formats...
I’ve been learning how to play this on the organ. Now I have more determination to practice more
Wow! This is no other than heavenly chorus, I can feel the presence of the holy spirit within myself
Bravo! Good hymn. Well played.
This song was played onboard the Empress of Ireland by the salvation army band as the ship departed on its voyage from Quebec city Canada to Liverpool England but sadly the ship would never arrive to its destination
Such a beautiful hymn played melodiously. Beautiful way to say when we part ways.
Thinking of you in this terrible weather in Florida. God bless you and keep you safe. Charlie, Aberdeen, Scotland

Great memories, Lance. When I was in my early teens, we sang "God Be With You" as a Vesper at the Evening Service in Doune Parish Church, Macduff, Banffshire. I became familiar with the Chorus a few years later when Jim Reeves Records were played over the loudspeaker at the local Outdoor Swimming Pool, situated deep down in its rocky howe (Scots word for hollow). Not the warmest of places, Lance, but we were hardy laddies and lassies in those days! Thanks again, and God bless your Musical Ministry. Charlie, Aberdeen
beautiful hymn, Lance! I was not aware it was originally in b flat, that is a fun detail!
The Mormon Tabernacle Choir ends their Music and the Spoken Word weekly broadcast, most of the time with this song. God Bless.
I love the songs you play on organ, and it sounds awesome. I grew up Catholic and heard many a song on the pipe organ. I have a small suggestion, maybe this will help in a big way. First, I had copies of songs you played before the channel got purged, but they were Thanksgiving songs, and I'm definitely thinking you should put Thanksgiving hymns in one folder. IF the uploader of these fine videos has no capacity to reply, well, I'm not sure but I love Thanksgiving hymns and they are amazing. Also, I am a blind musician of sorts, and I mess with organs on occasions, so yeah. Bless you because these hymns are amazing.
Love this one!
Great job, Thanks for posting
Can you please cover Precious Promise God hath given.
