hi! i'm a developer on collective, thanks for playing our game :) glad you liked the story mode/tutorial.
in response to your suspicion towards of a community-controlled meta... we thought the same thing! we went into this assuming the risk of players accidentally (or even intentionally) breaking the meta, maybe multiple times. if you can believe it, the game's been in a small closed alpha for about 9 months in a small group of alpha testers and it hasn't happened yet.

I'm actually more worried about players creating a really boring meta. But I have to admit, that the cards are pretty interesting so far.
@@thpion haha its definitely not boring. because of the 10 cards a week its very volatile, maybe going too far the other way
